#96: From Childhood Wounds to Financial Freedom: A New Path to Prosperity

Money Meets Soul: Hannah Chapman on Healing Your Finances and Your Future

What if your relationship with money wasn’t just about spreadsheets, investments, and retirement accounts but also about healing your inner child, rewriting old stories, and aligning with your soul’s true design? In this episode of Beyond the Pills, host Josh Rimini sits down with Hannah Chapman, a powerhouse financial strategist who is rewriting the rules of wealth. As a Certified Financial Planner, Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Hannah brings nearly two decades of experience to the table. But what makes her truly unique and the reason you’ll want to lean into this conversation—is her ability to blend practical financial wisdom with deep spiritual insights like Human Design, Gene Keys, and inner child healing.

From the opening moments, you’ll realize this isn’t just another episode about money management. Hannah invites you to look beyond the numbers and into the beliefs, fears, and subconscious stories that shape your financial reality.

Hannah’s story is as remarkable as her work. After years in the traditional financial sector, she realized something was missing: the soul. She witnessed clients who were “successful on paper” but emotionally burdened, spiritually unfulfilled, or energetically blocked from experiencing true prosperity. Instead of ignoring those gaps, Hannah leaned in. She began integrating holistic frameworks that help her clients uncover the hidden patterns keeping them from expansion; not only in their bank accounts, but in their lives.

As Hannah shares in the episode:

“Money isn’t just about dollars, it’s about energy. If we don’t heal the stories we carry from childhood, we’ll keep recreating the same patterns, no matter how much we earn.”

This revelation sets the stage for a conversation that goes far deeper than wealth planning. Together, Josh and Hannah explore what happens when you align financial strategy with personal healing, spiritual growth, and authentic leadership.

The heart of this episode lies in Hannah’s ability to connect the dots between personal transformation and financial freedom. You’ll hear about:

  • Human Design & Gene Keys in Finance – Why understanding your energetic blueprint can change the way you approach money, decision-making, and even business growth.
  • Inner Child Healing – How old stories around scarcity, safety, and self-worth show up in your adult financial life—and what you can do to rewrite them.
  • Expansive CEO Mindset – Why Hannah founded her company, Expansive CEO, to help entrepreneurs lead with both strategy and soul.

In one of the most powerful moments, Hannah reflects:

“The things we hide from in our money are the very things that need our attention most. When you finally face them, that’s when real freedom begins.”

This episode doesn’t shy away from the tough stuff like fear of failure, shame around debt, or the anxiety that comes with success. Instead, Hannah and Josh open the door to new possibilities, reminding us that financial health is inseparable from emotional and spiritual well-being.

And here’s where it gets really exciting: Hannah shares practical strategies you can apply today. Whether it’s re-evaluating your investments, noticing how your body reacts to financial decisions, or creating new affirmations for abundance, you’ll walk away with tools that bridge the gap between strategy and spirit.

As Hannah beautifully puts it:

“When you bring the practical and the profound together, you stop living in survival mode and start living in expansion.”

This episode is for anyone who has ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in their relationship with money. If you’ve been craving a new perspective, one that honors both your financial goals and your soul’s calling; this conversation with Hannah Chapman is your invitation.

👉 Listen now to learn how to heal your relationship with money, align with your soul’s design, and step into true prosperity.

And if Hannah’s message resonates, don’t just stop at listening. Take action:

The future of finance isn’t just about returns, it’s about returning to yourself.

Speaker:

Welcome, welcome back to Beyond the Pills,

Speaker:

the podcast where we explore healing,

Speaker:

transformation,

Speaker:

and the intersection of body, mind,

Speaker:

and spirit.

Speaker:

I'm Josh Rimini, your host,

Speaker:

pharmacist turned healer.

Speaker:

And today we have a nice special guest.

Speaker:

She's a powerhouse and a

Speaker:

guide in both the financial

Speaker:

strategy world and the

Speaker:

soulful prosperity world.

Speaker:

Hannah Chapman is a

Speaker:

certified financial planner,

Speaker:

an accredited portfolio

Speaker:

management advisor,

Speaker:

and a chartered retirement

Speaker:

planning counselor.

Speaker:

Those are a lot of letters.

Speaker:

But with over eighteen years

Speaker:

of experience in the financial sector,

Speaker:

she's the founder of X

Speaker:

Squared Wealth Planning and

Speaker:

the expansive CEO.

Speaker:

But why Hannah's here today

Speaker:

on Beyond the Pills and

Speaker:

what sets her apart?

Speaker:

I'm excited to bring this

Speaker:

one out is how she blends

Speaker:

practical with the profound

Speaker:

in other words through

Speaker:

financial planning she uses

Speaker:

human design and gene keys

Speaker:

and if you're familiar with

Speaker:

those they're very

Speaker:

different for financial

Speaker:

planners to use and and the

Speaker:

inner child healing uh to

Speaker:

help visionary entrepreneurs leaders uh

Speaker:

to rewrite their money

Speaker:

stories and redefine prosperity.

Speaker:

So her mission is to help

Speaker:

people save wisely, spend joyfully,

Speaker:

and support causes that

Speaker:

matter the most to them

Speaker:

generously and sustainably.

Speaker:

So today we're going to

Speaker:

explore what it means to

Speaker:

embody both strategy and soul with money.

Speaker:

the emotional and spiritual

Speaker:

layers of prosperity,

Speaker:

and how to step into

Speaker:

overflow so we can give freely,

Speaker:

and how money, just like wellness,

Speaker:

is deeply intertwined with healing.

Speaker:

I'm excited to bring this to the table.

Speaker:

This is a heart-centered

Speaker:

conversation with a really

Speaker:

cool person and a financial twist,

Speaker:

so let's dive in.

Speaker:

Welcome, Hannah.

Speaker:

This is amazing.

Speaker:

Hi, Josh, I'm so excited to be here.

Speaker:

And I just, I loved our conversation.

Speaker:

We've had multiple conversations already.

Speaker:

And each one we've just have

Speaker:

gotten to dive in deeper and deeper.

Speaker:

And I'm excited.

Speaker:

Yeah,

Speaker:

I recently was on your podcast and

Speaker:

talking about like the stuff that we do.

Speaker:

So it's like it's mutual beautiful thing.

Speaker:

So

Speaker:

Let's dive in.

Speaker:

My question is,

Speaker:

what first inspired your

Speaker:

journey into financial planning?

Speaker:

And more importantly,

Speaker:

when did it start taking

Speaker:

that more holistic turn?

Speaker:

Oh, it's such a good question.

Speaker:

So I like to kind of go back

Speaker:

to the beginning when I

Speaker:

answer this question because my family,

Speaker:

my parents were entrepreneurs.

Speaker:

They were business owners,

Speaker:

but they were kind of like

Speaker:

what I would like to call

Speaker:

blue collar business owners.

Speaker:

They owned a painting,

Speaker:

a repainting business in the Phoenix,

Speaker:

Arizona area.

Speaker:

so that means they painted

Speaker:

people's homes inside

Speaker:

outside and you know I mean

Speaker:

it literally gets to a

Speaker:

hundred and twenty degrees

Speaker:

here in phoenix um in the

Speaker:

summer times this is hard

Speaker:

work it's very hard taxing

Speaker:

work that they were doing

Speaker:

um and all throughout my

Speaker:

family so literally both

Speaker:

sides you know bar owners

Speaker:

automotive shop owners

Speaker:

other painting contractors

Speaker:

uh just hard-working business owners

Speaker:

Blue crawler grit going.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And so when I mean,

Speaker:

and my parents started the

Speaker:

painting business when I

Speaker:

was two or three.

Speaker:

And why does this matter?

Speaker:

When I was growing up in

Speaker:

that really critical time,

Speaker:

especially like zero to seven, I

Speaker:

That's when we really

Speaker:

internalize a lot of our

Speaker:

stories about safety, stability,

Speaker:

what money and security actually mean.

Speaker:

That is really formed from

Speaker:

age zero to seven developmentally.

Speaker:

And the story and the

Speaker:

experience that I had

Speaker:

during that time was that

Speaker:

money was really hard to make.

Speaker:

It was hard to hold on to

Speaker:

and that we didn't have enough.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

The reason I go back to that

Speaker:

point in time is because

Speaker:

that experience as a small

Speaker:

child catapulted me into

Speaker:

being the way I

Speaker:

internalized that was

Speaker:

different from my brothers.

Speaker:

I have three brothers.

Speaker:

And what I did was I saved

Speaker:

literally every penny that I ever got.

Speaker:

So birthday money,

Speaker:

we would get money for if

Speaker:

we got A's in school,

Speaker:

we got a little bit of money for grades,

Speaker:

that kind of thing.

Speaker:

Any money that I received, I saved.

Speaker:

And I would hold and hoard

Speaker:

because we didn't have enough.

Speaker:

And so I was the little squirrel.

Speaker:

My favorite thing to do as a

Speaker:

small child was to dump out

Speaker:

any change we had.

Speaker:

You remember the big crayons?

Speaker:

I think we had a big crayon

Speaker:

and we had a five-gallon

Speaker:

water jug and roll pennies.

Speaker:

it was like it was soothing

Speaker:

it was soothing to me to to

Speaker:

count money and to roll it

Speaker:

up and to like have it and

Speaker:

hold it and and see it and

Speaker:

when I was little my two

Speaker:

dream jobs one was to be a

Speaker:

teacher and the other was

Speaker:

to be a bank teller those

Speaker:

were if you asked me when I

Speaker:

was you know like between

Speaker:

five and ten years old

Speaker:

those were my dreams um

Speaker:

And then fast forward to college.

Speaker:

I actually got a degree in

Speaker:

flute performance.

Speaker:

I went for music education originally.

Speaker:

So I was on that track to be a teacher.

Speaker:

Realized that I did not want

Speaker:

to be in the public school

Speaker:

system whatsoever.

Speaker:

I did not want to ever have

Speaker:

to teach a child how to

Speaker:

play the violin because

Speaker:

that was not my thing.

Speaker:

That's what music teachers

Speaker:

have to do very often.

Speaker:

Teach what they're not good at.

Speaker:

And I was like, nope,

Speaker:

don't want to do that.

Speaker:

Switch to a performance degree.

Speaker:

And then my first job out of

Speaker:

college was working at a small bank.

Speaker:

So, you know, bank teller,

Speaker:

dream job from when I was little, right?

Speaker:

I got to count people's money.

Speaker:

I got to help them open accounts.

Speaker:

And what I realized

Speaker:

immediately when I started

Speaker:

working at that bank was I

Speaker:

loved working with business owners.

Speaker:

I loved helping them.

Speaker:

Their situations were more complicated.

Speaker:

We saw them a whole bunch.

Speaker:

They would do their drops every day.

Speaker:

And it was so fun to me to

Speaker:

get to know the customers

Speaker:

and to get to be a part of

Speaker:

their business.

Speaker:

And then my husband got into grad school.

Speaker:

This was right after college.

Speaker:

My husband got into grad

Speaker:

school in a different state.

Speaker:

And so we moved.

Speaker:

And at that point,

Speaker:

that was when I actually

Speaker:

moved into financial planning.

Speaker:

And part of it was because I

Speaker:

just none of the banks

Speaker:

would call me back.

Speaker:

I couldn't get an interview.

Speaker:

Who knows why?

Speaker:

Like, truly,

Speaker:

it's probably just fate at this point,

Speaker:

because this is clearly

Speaker:

where like this is where

Speaker:

I'm supposed to be.

Speaker:

So at that time, it was like, nope,

Speaker:

you're not you're not going

Speaker:

to go work at Fifth Third or PNC.

Speaker:

You're going to go work at Ameriprise.

Speaker:

You're going to be a financial advisor.

Speaker:

You're going to figure it out.

Speaker:

So that was, you know,

Speaker:

when I was twenty three.

Speaker:

I moved over to financial services,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

proper financial services rather

Speaker:

than banking, got fully licensed,

Speaker:

all the things that I needed to do and.

Speaker:

did not make it through that

Speaker:

first process of you had to

Speaker:

have five clients in twelve

Speaker:

weeks in order to stay as

Speaker:

an advisor on the platform.

Speaker:

And I found out that I was really good.

Speaker:

There's some human design

Speaker:

reasons for this that I can weave into,

Speaker:

which is super interesting.

Speaker:

But I was able to get one new client.

Speaker:

It was my mom.

Speaker:

So thank you, mom.

Speaker:

She was my first and only

Speaker:

client in that first five weeks.

Speaker:

And other than that,

Speaker:

I got a lot of meetings.

Speaker:

I talked to a lot of people,

Speaker:

but nothing was converting.

Speaker:

Nothing was turning into like, okay,

Speaker:

we can keep moving forward.

Speaker:

And what I ended up doing

Speaker:

after that first stretch,

Speaker:

which was a lot of professional trauma,

Speaker:

truly,

Speaker:

but what it got me to was being a

Speaker:

financial planning

Speaker:

associate for a large practice.

Speaker:

And at that point,

Speaker:

so that was in two thousand eight.

Speaker:

Two thousand seven is when I started.

Speaker:

Two thousand eight is when I

Speaker:

moved to this other practice.

Speaker:

And I was there for almost

Speaker:

thirteen years learning, deepening,

Speaker:

learning literally

Speaker:

everything I could about

Speaker:

financial planning, helping tons,

Speaker:

hundreds and thousands of

Speaker:

different clients.

Speaker:

And it really created the

Speaker:

foundation for me to

Speaker:

understand the industry,

Speaker:

understand how to do financial planning,

Speaker:

understanding all the

Speaker:

pieces that mattered.

Speaker:

But what it didn't teach me

Speaker:

was how important the

Speaker:

emotional side of money was.

Speaker:

That was not a thing.

Speaker:

So what we would do,

Speaker:

we would do all these beautiful plans.

Speaker:

We would present them to the

Speaker:

clients and would notice is that like, oh,

Speaker:

there are a lot of clients

Speaker:

who can't implement these

Speaker:

recommendations.

Speaker:

So then you like meet with

Speaker:

them six months later or

Speaker:

one year later and they

Speaker:

haven't done hardly anything.

Speaker:

Like why not?

Speaker:

Or they'll start to

Speaker:

implement things and then

Speaker:

everything falls apart and

Speaker:

they don't know how to get back on track.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

So there were like these

Speaker:

things happening that I was like, what's,

Speaker:

it's not working.

Speaker:

Why isn't it working?

Speaker:

Um, and when I shifted,

Speaker:

when I moved away from the

Speaker:

practice I was with, when I launched, uh,

Speaker:

X squared wealth planning back in

Speaker:

That's when I feel like I

Speaker:

cracked the code of knowing.

Speaker:

And I knew this before.

Speaker:

I knew that I was really

Speaker:

good at building relationships.

Speaker:

I knew that I was a safe space.

Speaker:

People would come into my

Speaker:

office and cry all the time.

Speaker:

It was a safe place for them

Speaker:

to actually express what

Speaker:

they were worried about,

Speaker:

what their fears were.

Speaker:

And they hadn't ever had

Speaker:

that experience before with

Speaker:

an advisor of being able to truly be seen,

Speaker:

truly ask questions,

Speaker:

truly be listened to.

Speaker:

And so I knew that that was important.

Speaker:

I knew that that was needed.

Speaker:

And it was when I really

Speaker:

dove into it on my own that

Speaker:

I got to really understand

Speaker:

how important the emotional aspect,

Speaker:

the emotional connection we

Speaker:

have with money is,

Speaker:

and to almost start the

Speaker:

conversation from there rather than

Speaker:

just what do you have what

Speaker:

do you want to create how

Speaker:

do we how do you save

Speaker:

enough dollars every month

Speaker:

to get there like that is

Speaker:

so basic it is so not

Speaker:

helpful when that's all you

Speaker:

do well it's the analytical

Speaker:

side right it's like there's the

Speaker:

I just had this thought, right?

Speaker:

This thought was,

Speaker:

that's what I do with

Speaker:

wellness with people.

Speaker:

It's like, if you want to lose weight,

Speaker:

you could give them a

Speaker:

weight loss program.

Speaker:

It's easy.

Speaker:

It's just not hard.

Speaker:

It's analytical.

Speaker:

I can reverse diabetes in

Speaker:

most people in ten weeks.

Speaker:

Like, it's not difficult.

Speaker:

But that emotional

Speaker:

relationship with food is

Speaker:

the preventer for all of it to happen.

Speaker:

And I'm just thinking of...

Speaker:

Some of my experiences with

Speaker:

the financial people and in

Speaker:

that cold analytical only

Speaker:

perspective is what you get.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

how much do you want when you retire?

Speaker:

What's your living arrangement today?

Speaker:

What would you like it to be?

Speaker:

It's like all these little

Speaker:

checkboxes and then you got

Speaker:

to do this and you have to

Speaker:

invest this and whatever.

Speaker:

Then there's the question of

Speaker:

what's your tolerance to risk, right?

Speaker:

Which is really asking

Speaker:

what's your emotional tie

Speaker:

to the ups and downs.

Speaker:

But more importantly, what you were saying,

Speaker:

it's like, I just equated the same thing.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

I can't work with a patient

Speaker:

until I go upstream.

Speaker:

If I go upstream to the energetics,

Speaker:

and the emotional components

Speaker:

of these things,

Speaker:

everything else seems to fall downhill.

Speaker:

So I love that you like,

Speaker:

I still have to know though,

Speaker:

like when did you like think like, oh,

Speaker:

I'm a people person,

Speaker:

I can connect with humans,

Speaker:

but I'm also working in this space.

Speaker:

Cause it was, I have an inkling,

Speaker:

but very similar to my,

Speaker:

My journey in pharmacy,

Speaker:

it's like I'm a pharmacist,

Speaker:

but I don't think this is

Speaker:

like everything here.

Speaker:

Like I got to go wellness.

Speaker:

Why are you on the medicine?

Speaker:

Can we get you off of it?

Speaker:

And I started thinking and

Speaker:

looping in these different

Speaker:

ways that my industry was like,

Speaker:

we don't do that.

Speaker:

So I want to know where did

Speaker:

the aha come from?

Speaker:

You said you did you first, right?

Speaker:

You were working through that process.

Speaker:

Share with people a little

Speaker:

bit of how that unfolded.

Speaker:

I think this is a super

Speaker:

pivotal component of how and what you do.

Speaker:

Oh, yes.

Speaker:

Oh, yes.

Speaker:

I have so many thoughts

Speaker:

around what this actually is,

Speaker:

but a big piece of it,

Speaker:

a big piece of my transformation,

Speaker:

a big piece of why I left

Speaker:

my old firm in the first

Speaker:

place without going into

Speaker:

that entire story, my higher self.

Speaker:

was basically screaming at me.

Speaker:

At that time, I was on antidepressant,

Speaker:

anti-anxiety medication

Speaker:

just to literally get through the days.

Speaker:

I felt so much anxiety.

Speaker:

I was masking so hard just to be

Speaker:

acceptable to that practice to be,

Speaker:

you know, one of the guys, basically,

Speaker:

I was the only woman in all

Speaker:

of the advisors, right?

Speaker:

We had like, ten advisors,

Speaker:

I was the one woman.

Speaker:

So you'd have, you know,

Speaker:

when they would do their promo materials,

Speaker:

I'm like, standing right in the middle,

Speaker:

of course, right?

Speaker:

Look, we have a girl on our team.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

I knew that that wasn't right for me.

Speaker:

I knew that the medication was temporary,

Speaker:

that I was just going

Speaker:

through a patch of time that was hard.

Speaker:

In twenty twenty,

Speaker:

like May of twenty twenty

Speaker:

was basically the final

Speaker:

straw of knowing that I had

Speaker:

to leave that practice

Speaker:

because my higher self said they well,

Speaker:

it said, you don't know who I am.

Speaker:

Talking to these other advisors.

Speaker:

And I didn't say that out loud,

Speaker:

but that it was like

Speaker:

screaming from inside of me.

Speaker:

That they don't know who you are.

Speaker:

And I was like, well, okay,

Speaker:

I don't know exactly who I am yet,

Speaker:

but I know it's not this.

Speaker:

And I also know that I meant,

Speaker:

I had that deep,

Speaker:

deep knowing that I know I

Speaker:

meant to help people in

Speaker:

this realm of finance,

Speaker:

which is really difficult to talk about.

Speaker:

People are scared to talk

Speaker:

about their finances.

Speaker:

People are guarded about their finances.

Speaker:

And I have the soft heart.

Speaker:

I have the ability to

Speaker:

connect with them here.

Speaker:

And I know that that's important.

Speaker:

And I know I'm not able to

Speaker:

actually be myself in this practice,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

So there was that first piece of like,

Speaker:

you don't know who I am.

Speaker:

And I know that I'm supposed

Speaker:

to be in this industry,

Speaker:

but it's not here.

Speaker:

It's not in this place.

Speaker:

And then when I left, when I,

Speaker:

when I launched X squared

Speaker:

in twenty twenty one,

Speaker:

I went through the most.

Speaker:

Potent, powerful.

Speaker:

Like portal of.

Speaker:

Deep emotional change that

Speaker:

I've ever gone through.

Speaker:

So when people say that

Speaker:

entrepreneurship is is a

Speaker:

spiritual journey, one hundred percent.

Speaker:

I had the most profound experiences of.

Speaker:

like digging deep within myself,

Speaker:

seeing all of my shadows,

Speaker:

seeing where I was frigging terrified of,

Speaker:

you know, calling people,

Speaker:

of putting myself out there,

Speaker:

of being rejected, of, you know,

Speaker:

feeling not good enough.

Speaker:

I had to like look that

Speaker:

square in the eyes and

Speaker:

And there would be days

Speaker:

where I would have to

Speaker:

literally scream into a pillow,

Speaker:

shake everything out of my body,

Speaker:

and then get on a Zoom call and be fine.

Speaker:

And it was over and over again.

Speaker:

And what I know, what I

Speaker:

What I found, rather,

Speaker:

from especially those first two years,

Speaker:

I hired a business coach

Speaker:

because I thought that I

Speaker:

needed someone to tell me

Speaker:

exactly how to do things so

Speaker:

I wouldn't make any mistakes.

Speaker:

Like, okay, she can help me.

Speaker:

We all hire coaches, right?

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Give me their faster, quicker,

Speaker:

and tell me what to do.

Speaker:

right so I don't mess it up

Speaker:

so I can get back to you

Speaker:

know like replacing my

Speaker:

salary as fast as possible

Speaker:

give me the strategies give

Speaker:

me the techniques and my

Speaker:

brain saw that she was a

Speaker:

successful lawyer she

Speaker:

created she you know

Speaker:

created her own law firm

Speaker:

starting a financial firm

Speaker:

is very similar like she

Speaker:

can help me do this what I

Speaker:

didn't know until later was

Speaker:

that it was actually my

Speaker:

heart that connected with her heart

Speaker:

because she had done very

Speaker:

deep inner child healing

Speaker:

work and hindsight being, right.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

that is actually what I needed

Speaker:

was the inner child healing,

Speaker:

like learning how to love

Speaker:

and support my inner child

Speaker:

through this process of,

Speaker:

of becoming who I was meant

Speaker:

to be because my inner

Speaker:

child was fricking scared.

Speaker:

She was terrified.

Speaker:

And because the way I was safe,

Speaker:

the way I received love

Speaker:

from my perspective was

Speaker:

that I was the perfect child.

Speaker:

I was the golden child.

Speaker:

I didn't make mistakes.

Speaker:

I made sure everyone else

Speaker:

was safe so that I had a

Speaker:

very angry dad and I didn't

Speaker:

ever want that to be blasted on me.

Speaker:

So how do you prevent an angry dad from

Speaker:

pushing that on you,

Speaker:

you don't make mistakes as

Speaker:

much as possible.

Speaker:

And she had gone through,

Speaker:

my coach had gone through

Speaker:

the exact same thing as a little girl.

Speaker:

And so the inner child

Speaker:

healing piece was really

Speaker:

the focus of those first couple of years.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

what's funny also when I

Speaker:

look back is that I also

Speaker:

discovered human design in

Speaker:

that first year as well in, in,

Speaker:

and so I was diving head first.

Speaker:

So everything else I was doing, right.

Speaker:

I was, I was building my business,

Speaker:

but I was also like every

Speaker:

spare minute I had,

Speaker:

I was like reading and researching and,

Speaker:

and couldn't get enough

Speaker:

because while I was healing

Speaker:

my inner child,

Speaker:

on the one hand,

Speaker:

the other side of learning

Speaker:

my human design was like,

Speaker:

this is who you were always meant to be.

Speaker:

This is who you are.

Speaker:

And it just tears constantly.

Speaker:

I would read something and

Speaker:

it would be like, oh my God,

Speaker:

that's what I've always felt.

Speaker:

And I always thought it was wrong.

Speaker:

And so there was this level

Speaker:

of self-acceptance and

Speaker:

self-love that I was cultivating through,

Speaker:

especially through those first two years.

Speaker:

that has been so essential

Speaker:

to literally everything

Speaker:

else I've done since then.

Speaker:

And I mean,

Speaker:

to be also like fully transparent,

Speaker:

I replaced my income that I

Speaker:

had been earning from my old firm.

Speaker:

I replaced it within like

Speaker:

six months and all by myself.

Speaker:

And it was like, I can do this.

Speaker:

And I can do it in a way

Speaker:

that honors my inner child

Speaker:

that honors my gifts.

Speaker:

And in a way that I can then, you know,

Speaker:

help like that was the thing was like,

Speaker:

we need like everyone,

Speaker:

everyone needs this,

Speaker:

this level of emotional

Speaker:

reflection and healing

Speaker:

because that's what makes

Speaker:

the big difference.

Speaker:

That's what really changes

Speaker:

how our trajectory of going forward.

Speaker:

So yeah, the,

Speaker:

being able to create the

Speaker:

space for myself to go

Speaker:

through this healing work

Speaker:

while building my business

Speaker:

it was a lot I'm not gonna

Speaker:

lie it was hard it was a

Speaker:

lot um but absolutely laid

Speaker:

the groundwork for

Speaker:

everything else I think

Speaker:

there's it's beautiful it's

Speaker:

a beautiful story because the

Speaker:

It's kind of that's that's

Speaker:

in all my conversations in

Speaker:

especially in this podcast.

Speaker:

It's like that's the formula.

Speaker:

The formula isn't it has to be hard,

Speaker:

but it's the only way forward is through.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

You're moving through those pieces.

Speaker:

And as you're healing yourself,

Speaker:

you're building your business.

Speaker:

And then.

Speaker:

that light bulb clicks on and says,

Speaker:

maybe this is what I need

Speaker:

to do for other people, right?

Speaker:

It's the healers of the world.

Speaker:

Some people are okay.

Speaker:

They heal themselves.

Speaker:

They go on in their business.

Speaker:

They do their thing, right?

Speaker:

And then there's some people like you,

Speaker:

like me,

Speaker:

who it's that wounded healer's journey,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

We're bringing ourselves through healing.

Speaker:

We get to a certain, not like

Speaker:

Excellent.

Speaker:

It's just, you move through the process,

Speaker:

but then there's something there.

Speaker:

It's compelling you to work

Speaker:

with others in the same way.

Speaker:

And of course you can't just,

Speaker:

you can't do you and like

Speaker:

learn gene keys and human design and go,

Speaker:

okay, let's go do that with you now.

Speaker:

It's like, no,

Speaker:

you gotta have some experience.

Speaker:

So we understand this, right?

Speaker:

You don't become a financial

Speaker:

certified planner.

Speaker:

just because you like money, right?

Speaker:

Like you got to go through

Speaker:

the experience of the training.

Speaker:

And I think a lot of

Speaker:

wellness and healing

Speaker:

modalities is there's a

Speaker:

little bit of discovery in that process.

Speaker:

Cause I'm a pharmacist, but they don't,

Speaker:

you don't go to healer school, right?

Speaker:

You just,

Speaker:

you figure some things out and

Speaker:

then through your own process,

Speaker:

like I love the shamanic

Speaker:

work and all those other

Speaker:

things that I've learned

Speaker:

over the past years, because

Speaker:

It is part of me.

Speaker:

And then I've done sort of

Speaker:

that same places.

Speaker:

Like I went back in my human design.

Speaker:

I went back in and I went

Speaker:

deep diving because Gene

Speaker:

Keys are a little more analytical,

Speaker:

a little more me.

Speaker:

And so I want to talk a

Speaker:

little bit about that

Speaker:

because as soon as you were

Speaker:

introduced to me in that respect,

Speaker:

I was like,

Speaker:

I need to meet this person

Speaker:

because she's putting two

Speaker:

things that I've never seen together.

Speaker:

And so you formed your business around it.

Speaker:

I want to talk a little bit

Speaker:

about the Gene Keys and the

Speaker:

emotional component.

Speaker:

And I want to plant the seed question.

Speaker:

We can answer it throughout this process.

Speaker:

But where in your process

Speaker:

with clients do you

Speaker:

expressively introduce this?

Speaker:

Because sometimes it's like

Speaker:

you sell them what they want,

Speaker:

give them what they need.

Speaker:

And sometimes there's a

Speaker:

little bit of both at the same time.

Speaker:

Like, are you in front of them?

Speaker:

Like, Hey,

Speaker:

we're going to work on your

Speaker:

emotional relationship with,

Speaker:

with money because it is a big part.

Speaker:

Or is it like,

Speaker:

do they get that through

Speaker:

your experience with them?

Speaker:

And maybe it's a little both.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

And there's, so I have a,

Speaker:

I definitely have a, um,

Speaker:

different approach now than

Speaker:

I would say a lot of what

Speaker:

traditional marketers really push,

Speaker:

which is the sell them what they want,

Speaker:

give them what they need.

Speaker:

To me,

Speaker:

that feels like there's just not

Speaker:

transparency in that.

Speaker:

So for me, that feels out of integrity.

Speaker:

And, um, this, the, the process,

Speaker:

the journey that I've been on, um,

Speaker:

especially over these last five years, uh,

Speaker:

as of this recording anyway, have,

Speaker:

has really been one of

Speaker:

coming more and more into

Speaker:

integrity with myself.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

And,

Speaker:

and knowing that when I am in full

Speaker:

integrity and someone can come, you

Speaker:

then they can make a very informed,

Speaker:

logical and energetic

Speaker:

choice about if this is,

Speaker:

if this is where they're at,

Speaker:

rather than being the person that's like,

Speaker:

I'm going to,

Speaker:

I'm going to tell you that

Speaker:

this is how it's going to work.

Speaker:

And then we're going to do a

Speaker:

little bit of a bait and switch.

Speaker:

And I'm going to give you, you know,

Speaker:

what I think you need.

Speaker:

I think that, I think that's,

Speaker:

there's the inherent,

Speaker:

there's an inherent dishonesty in that,

Speaker:

that doesn't feel,

Speaker:

doesn't feel good to me.

Speaker:

And it's good way supersedes

Speaker:

like the fiduciary responsibilities.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And I think that's what I,

Speaker:

I kind of feel the same way

Speaker:

if I'm in my full

Speaker:

authenticity and I'm going,

Speaker:

because then I'm going to

Speaker:

attract the people that are

Speaker:

going to work with me.

Speaker:

It's natural.

Speaker:

It's more easy.

Speaker:

Remember we talked about being hard,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

My whole life is like, same thing.

Speaker:

It's like, you work hard.

Speaker:

There's never enough money in money out.

Speaker:

No matter what,

Speaker:

we're always in a scarcity

Speaker:

mindset because that's how I grew up.

Speaker:

My mom worked three jobs to

Speaker:

keep a roof over our heads.

Speaker:

There was no extra.

Speaker:

And so I learned through my

Speaker:

programming the same things.

Speaker:

And so I'm in the process of

Speaker:

redefining my definition of

Speaker:

abundance and prosperity

Speaker:

because I don't have this beautiful

Speaker:

You know, money's easy.

Speaker:

I know entrepreneurs,

Speaker:

it's like they can just

Speaker:

print it with like a wink.

Speaker:

They're like, oh,

Speaker:

I just made another million.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

I don't even understand what that means.

Speaker:

You know, it's like some of those things.

Speaker:

So you worked your own gene

Speaker:

keys in human design and it

Speaker:

just naturally fell into this place.

Speaker:

And now you're thinking like,

Speaker:

maybe I should use this thing or...

Speaker:

How'd it go?

Speaker:

Yeah, not quite.

Speaker:

And you bring up such a good point.

Speaker:

And I wanted to circle back to that too,

Speaker:

is that again,

Speaker:

that programming I had of

Speaker:

money is hard to hold on.

Speaker:

It's hard to make.

Speaker:

It's hard to hold on to.

Speaker:

There's not enough.

Speaker:

That programming lent itself

Speaker:

really well to me being like,

Speaker:

everyone should save everything.

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

Like that was,

Speaker:

that was made perfect sense

Speaker:

for a financial planner.

Speaker:

It's like, oh, I know how to save money,

Speaker:

but it's also really hard

Speaker:

to make and really hard to hold on to.

Speaker:

And we don't have enough.

Speaker:

And that was absolutely the story of,

Speaker:

for my, my husband and I,

Speaker:

of our early marriage too, right?

Speaker:

Like money was scary.

Speaker:

And so I have not only have I

Speaker:

been through that, grew up with that,

Speaker:

been through that.

Speaker:

But healing those pieces,

Speaker:

healing that aspect of my

Speaker:

relationship with money,

Speaker:

knowing that money is everywhere.

Speaker:

Opportunity is everywhere.

Speaker:

I don't have to chase opportunity.

Speaker:

I magnetize opportunity.

Speaker:

I just get to be me and the

Speaker:

people who are meant to

Speaker:

come to me will come.

Speaker:

And I can know that deeply,

Speaker:

deeply in my knowing now, which is so,

Speaker:

so different from where I started.

Speaker:

Even launching my business, all of that,

Speaker:

there was so much fear

Speaker:

around if that was going to be true,

Speaker:

if I would be able to find

Speaker:

enough clients for it to be okay.

Speaker:

I trusted and I worked hard,

Speaker:

but it wasn't until I...

Speaker:

I stopped holding back on

Speaker:

the things that I knew to

Speaker:

be true until I started

Speaker:

expressing the things that

Speaker:

I was actually a little bit

Speaker:

scared to express.

Speaker:

And I'll get to that and do like,

Speaker:

what does that mean in just a second?

Speaker:

But that is when,

Speaker:

so that was actually in twenty,

Speaker:

twenty three.

Speaker:

That was when like

Speaker:

everything shifted and it was like, oh,

Speaker:

that was the easy button.

Speaker:

I found it.

Speaker:

It was crazy.

Speaker:

And it had a lot to do with

Speaker:

human design because like I said,

Speaker:

I discovered it first for

Speaker:

myself in like March,

Speaker:

I think of twenty twenty

Speaker:

one dove in headfirst.

Speaker:

Couldn't get enough.

Speaker:

Learned about me.

Speaker:

I'm a six to manifesting

Speaker:

generator with sacral authority.

Speaker:

So if you are not familiar

Speaker:

with human design you can

Speaker:

actually even just go to my

Speaker:

one of my websites and and print your own

Speaker:

chart and find out what you are.

Speaker:

But that's me.

Speaker:

So I'm a manifesting

Speaker:

generator with sacral authority.

Speaker:

And I started practicing

Speaker:

that and learning what that meant for me.

Speaker:

And then I learned about my husband.

Speaker:

And then I learned about my children.

Speaker:

And again, mind blown all over the place.

Speaker:

I'm like, okay,

Speaker:

this is making such a

Speaker:

difference for me in my

Speaker:

life that I couldn't help

Speaker:

but want to start to

Speaker:

introduce it to some of my clients.

Speaker:

But like you said, this is not normal.

Speaker:

not normal at all I was so

Speaker:

scared just starts throwing

Speaker:

woo at their their clients

Speaker:

you know it's like who who

Speaker:

are you where are you going

Speaker:

yeah right yeah I mean and

Speaker:

it's astrology based right

Speaker:

astrology is part of it so

Speaker:

I need your birth date your

Speaker:

birth time and your

Speaker:

birthplace and you know as

Speaker:

soon as you start asking

Speaker:

people that they're like

Speaker:

what is this what's happening right here

Speaker:

Um, but I had a few clients because again,

Speaker:

because I was talking about

Speaker:

the emotional connection we

Speaker:

have to money.

Speaker:

So I was all,

Speaker:

I was already attracting very

Speaker:

heart centered people who cared about,

Speaker:

you know, this connection.

Speaker:

So I knew I had some safe people.

Speaker:

and people who are into

Speaker:

astrology and people who are into other,

Speaker:

you know, healing modalities.

Speaker:

So those, those people,

Speaker:

I started like introducing

Speaker:

these ideas and we started

Speaker:

working on it and they were all about it.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And like, yes.

Speaker:

And so I had the experience

Speaker:

of for like almost two years of,

Speaker:

helping my clients,

Speaker:

like adding these things in.

Speaker:

One of the biggest pieces,

Speaker:

I'll just like drop this here,

Speaker:

is understanding your authority,

Speaker:

understanding what that

Speaker:

means is your

Speaker:

decision-making authority in human design,

Speaker:

how you make the most

Speaker:

aligned decisions for you

Speaker:

so that you're not

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

making decisions and then

Speaker:

regretting them immediately

Speaker:

or skipping an opportunity

Speaker:

and then regretting that, right?

Speaker:

Like how do you tap into

Speaker:

your internal knowing to

Speaker:

make the best decisions for

Speaker:

you on the financial side?

Speaker:

We are always making

Speaker:

financial decisions every single day,

Speaker:

especially as business owners.

Speaker:

And so when we bring that

Speaker:

into the process and

Speaker:

That alone shifts so many

Speaker:

things just to understand your authority.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

and so as I was doing this and as I was

Speaker:

seeing results and as I was

Speaker:

seeing things shift for my client,

Speaker:

for myself and for my clients,

Speaker:

it just became like so, so clear.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

And I was in a mastermind at the time,

Speaker:

a small mastermind where, you know,

Speaker:

everyone was super into it as well.

Speaker:

And so I got to practice

Speaker:

there of like when we would

Speaker:

mastermind on different topics,

Speaker:

I would kind of be the voice of like, OK,

Speaker:

here's what you're here's

Speaker:

what's in your human design.

Speaker:

Like, what does this look like?

Speaker:

What does this mean?

Speaker:

So when you're talking about

Speaker:

that intuitive hit of like, OK, like,

Speaker:

here's what you're saying

Speaker:

and here's what I'm seeing in your chart.

Speaker:

how does this feel?

Speaker:

What comes up?

Speaker:

So I was practicing and practice,

Speaker:

but I was doing it all behind a curtain.

Speaker:

I wasn't telling anyone, right?

Speaker:

All of my front facing

Speaker:

marketing was still the

Speaker:

emotional connection we

Speaker:

have to our money.

Speaker:

And I it was like,

Speaker:

it was like burning on my heart,

Speaker:

that I needed to share

Speaker:

these other aspects of human design,

Speaker:

along with the financial side.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

I, oh my God,

Speaker:

so many stories running

Speaker:

through my head of like how

Speaker:

that was not going to be okay.

Speaker:

How my clients were going to leave,

Speaker:

how they were going to think I was crazy,

Speaker:

how I was going to be like,

Speaker:

how I would be perceived by

Speaker:

my colleagues.

Speaker:

And I had to get to the point of like,

Speaker:

oh, well, whatever.

Speaker:

It's more important for me

Speaker:

to express this part of my

Speaker:

personality than it is for

Speaker:

me to keep up a facade.

Speaker:

I need to come into integrity with

Speaker:

what I'm actually doing in my practice,

Speaker:

I need to actually let people know.

Speaker:

And so- Well, it's that bit center, right?

Speaker:

It's that speak truth.

Speaker:

It's the T, capital T truth, right?

Speaker:

We're in such alignment

Speaker:

because it's the same thing for me.

Speaker:

It's like the pharmacist,

Speaker:

he's talking about wellness.

Speaker:

Am I going to be perceived

Speaker:

as a quack in my own industry?

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

you're talking about getting off

Speaker:

medicine.

Speaker:

What's wrong with you?

Speaker:

Like all those stories in your head,

Speaker:

you know?

Speaker:

And then I think right

Speaker:

around that same time,

Speaker:

like last couple of years, especially,

Speaker:

I just gave it all up.

Speaker:

I said, you know what?

Speaker:

I'm just going all in.

Speaker:

That doesn't mean I'm wrong or right.

Speaker:

It just means I'm going to

Speaker:

align with the people

Speaker:

that resonate with what my message is.

Speaker:

The podcast, the, you know,

Speaker:

getting on the stages and

Speaker:

not really giving a crap

Speaker:

about what other people think,

Speaker:

but in a positive light,

Speaker:

not in a negative light.

Speaker:

Because sometimes you can

Speaker:

get negative with this, right?

Speaker:

It's the anti-whatever, right?

Speaker:

Right, yeah, the rebellion.

Speaker:

When I went through that process,

Speaker:

and it's everyone's journey, right?

Speaker:

It's everyone's evolution to

Speaker:

move through those stages.

Speaker:

And so I did this,

Speaker:

same thing and I looked at

Speaker:

my human design after the

Speaker:

fact of some of these

Speaker:

growth things and I've had

Speaker:

some massive like ahas

Speaker:

going oh my god like

Speaker:

literally I was at the

Speaker:

moment in time of like

Speaker:

chiron returns like eight

Speaker:

like the actual date and I

Speaker:

I looked back almost a year

Speaker:

later and I realized that

Speaker:

was the date and I looked

Speaker:

back where I was and it was

Speaker:

like in my pivotal space of

Speaker:

my complete journey I took

Speaker:

was like holy shit it's the

Speaker:

actual date I was in costa

Speaker:

rica on a retreat

Speaker:

writing in my journal like

Speaker:

my path to self like going

Speaker:

through this whole thing

Speaker:

and I was like no way like

Speaker:

but it happened after the

Speaker:

facts it was totally

Speaker:

verified which is where I

Speaker:

think people get a little

Speaker:

weird with like the

Speaker:

astrology and where you are

Speaker:

in the planet and the

Speaker:

universe when you're born

Speaker:

and how it affects your soul print

Speaker:

So I always, when I work with it,

Speaker:

mostly with me,

Speaker:

family and everything is like,

Speaker:

and I've started to use it

Speaker:

as well into my programming.

Speaker:

It's just really looking at

Speaker:

the same thing with people.

Speaker:

It's like, take a look at it.

Speaker:

If it resonates with you and you know,

Speaker:

and that's it.

Speaker:

It's not like you're

Speaker:

convincing anybody of it.

Speaker:

It's just, that's what it is.

Speaker:

And when you see it for what it really is,

Speaker:

it becomes part of your life.

Speaker:

awareness,

Speaker:

part of your contemplation of

Speaker:

what and why things are

Speaker:

actually doing the things

Speaker:

they're doing for you.

Speaker:

Cause like you said,

Speaker:

I love that part you said is like the,

Speaker:

the unfolding happens when

Speaker:

you're in alignment, your,

Speaker:

your clients come and they, you're a,

Speaker:

what'd you say?

Speaker:

I'm a magnet to, to,

Speaker:

to where I need to be.

Speaker:

And so.

Speaker:

Talk to people a little talk

Speaker:

like you can use me as an

Speaker:

example if you want.

Speaker:

I'm an open book.

Speaker:

I sent you my stuff like

Speaker:

we're we're in this emotional,

Speaker:

spiritual connection of

Speaker:

finance or money or

Speaker:

prosperity or my version of

Speaker:

abundance because money is

Speaker:

really just energy.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Look at it.

Speaker:

And it's for me,

Speaker:

money is a means to something else.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

It's a means to an

Speaker:

experience mostly for me.

Speaker:

Like I don't have I don't

Speaker:

want to I don't want to be

Speaker:

I don't want to end this

Speaker:

existence in this incarnation.

Speaker:

I don't care how much is in the bank.

Speaker:

I want to know that I made that money.

Speaker:

And like you said,

Speaker:

I want to be able to give generously,

Speaker:

sustainably with joy.

Speaker:

I want to have experiences

Speaker:

with my children.

Speaker:

Like it's not the hoarding of,

Speaker:

I have this dollar amount, this figure,

Speaker:

this exit thing, right?

Speaker:

Like none of that matters to me anymore.

Speaker:

Maybe it's probably because

Speaker:

of my journey and my growth, but for me,

Speaker:

It's really money is a means

Speaker:

to something else,

Speaker:

a means to the experience of life.

Speaker:

And so talk us through some of this,

Speaker:

how you work people through

Speaker:

healing these things so

Speaker:

they can work through their own goals,

Speaker:

because everyone has their

Speaker:

own goals with money, prosperity,

Speaker:

abundance, right?

Speaker:

Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker:

And you speak to something that is so,

Speaker:

so important is that money is energy.

Speaker:

Money is flow.

Speaker:

I believe that one hundred percent.

Speaker:

And I also understand that

Speaker:

money is how we currently in our world,

Speaker:

in the United States and

Speaker:

elsewhere in the world,

Speaker:

that is how we buy our food.

Speaker:

That is how we pay for our shelter.

Speaker:

That is like,

Speaker:

there is an important role

Speaker:

that money plays in our three D world.

Speaker:

And money is also energy.

Speaker:

It's an energetic flow that

Speaker:

we can squeeze off and push away,

Speaker:

or we can open up and receive.

Speaker:

And one of the,

Speaker:

one of the really important

Speaker:

things that I do in my process.

Speaker:

So let's take, let's take X squared.

Speaker:

For example,

Speaker:

when I'm doing financial

Speaker:

planning with a client, how do I,

Speaker:

how do I incorporate all of this?

Speaker:

I mean, it's like,

Speaker:

that's the main question that I,

Speaker:

that I get is like, how do you do that?

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

a big piece of it is that we do go

Speaker:

through kind of a

Speaker:

traditional financial

Speaker:

planning process and,

Speaker:

in some ways,

Speaker:

but what's different about it

Speaker:

is that each step of the process,

Speaker:

I'm actually like meeting with my clients,

Speaker:

usually on Zoom, and taking in,

Speaker:

like everything is like an interview.

Speaker:

Because as we're talking about your goals,

Speaker:

as we're talking about

Speaker:

where you're at right now,

Speaker:

as we're talking about what

Speaker:

you're spending, there's the data,

Speaker:

there's the information you're giving me,

Speaker:

but then there's also

Speaker:

everything else that you're

Speaker:

saying that you're not speaking.

Speaker:

So I'm listening.

Speaker:

I'm listening with my whole body.

Speaker:

I'm listening to what you're saying.

Speaker:

I'm taking down those notes.

Speaker:

We're putting in the data.

Speaker:

But I am also feeling how

Speaker:

you feel about what you're expressing.

Speaker:

I'm also gathering other

Speaker:

data about energetically

Speaker:

how you are presenting yourself.

Speaker:

your relationship with money, right?

Speaker:

So I'm getting so much more

Speaker:

information than just,

Speaker:

this is how much we spend each month,

Speaker:

this is how much the

Speaker:

business makes each month.

Speaker:

And that's the real key difference.

Speaker:

And so then when we bring in

Speaker:

the human design aspects

Speaker:

that are important,

Speaker:

I feel like they're all

Speaker:

important in some ways, but then like,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

we have like the maybe five or

Speaker:

six keynotes that we'll go over.

Speaker:

I've already gleaned quite a

Speaker:

bit of information from my

Speaker:

clients that we can then say, okay,

Speaker:

this is, this is your authority.

Speaker:

This is how you make decisions.

Speaker:

And can you see, you know, like,

Speaker:

what are some ways that

Speaker:

that's happened or not happened?

Speaker:

Or how, how has that felt in your life?

Speaker:

And this is,

Speaker:

you're a manifesting generator

Speaker:

or you're a projector,

Speaker:

and this is how your aura

Speaker:

works mechanically in quantum mechanics.

Speaker:

How,

Speaker:

how have you seen that play out in

Speaker:

your life?

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

And I've already,

Speaker:

it's not that I have all the answers,

Speaker:

but I have a lot of

Speaker:

information just from the

Speaker:

fact that I spend time with

Speaker:

my clients gleaning, listening, again,

Speaker:

listening with my whole body,

Speaker:

not just listening with my ears.

Speaker:

And so what that does,

Speaker:

what that allows people to then do is to

Speaker:

express things that they've

Speaker:

never expressed before with anyone else,

Speaker:

have conversations with me

Speaker:

as a financial advisor that

Speaker:

they've never even maybe had.

Speaker:

I'm not a therapist.

Speaker:

I'm not trained that way.

Speaker:

So I'm not claiming anything

Speaker:

in that regard,

Speaker:

but emotional conversations

Speaker:

that they have never even

Speaker:

had with a therapist or

Speaker:

with their spouse or with anyone.

Speaker:

Because money is actually tied.

Speaker:

Our sense of safety and

Speaker:

security in this world is

Speaker:

tied to our money right now

Speaker:

in the way the world works.

Speaker:

And so to ignore that fact,

Speaker:

when financial planners are just like,

Speaker:

hey, this is how much you need,

Speaker:

this is how much you save,

Speaker:

and you'll be fine.

Speaker:

Why aren't you doing it?

Speaker:

I told you how to get there.

Speaker:

Why can't you just do it?

Speaker:

Like you're ignoring

Speaker:

everything else that this

Speaker:

person is telling you about

Speaker:

their experience of life.

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

it feels so good because you could

Speaker:

place what you just said in

Speaker:

many dynamics of industries, financial,

Speaker:

government.

Speaker:

For my industry, like health care,

Speaker:

wellness is when you take time to listen,

Speaker:

really listen with your whole heart.

Speaker:

you see things differently, right?

Speaker:

You're not here.

Speaker:

You're here and here, right?

Speaker:

There's always this stuff to do here.

Speaker:

We need to get these things done.

Speaker:

But if you ignore all those

Speaker:

other things or you're not listening,

Speaker:

listening, it just,

Speaker:

I can't tell you how many

Speaker:

times my first appointment

Speaker:

with most people is like an hour or two.

Speaker:

And they're like, I,

Speaker:

just the fact that I'm

Speaker:

listening to their story

Speaker:

for that period of time where I'm not,

Speaker:

know on a phone or an ipad

Speaker:

jotting notes like none of

Speaker:

that like I'm literally in

Speaker:

the intently listening one

Speaker:

you're right you get all

Speaker:

this information out and

Speaker:

you can ask questions not

Speaker:

to get answers but to ask

Speaker:

questions to give them more

Speaker:

insight about that because

Speaker:

that's the root root cause

Speaker:

of prosperity or health or

Speaker:

healing or whatever

Speaker:

bucket you put that in is

Speaker:

when you get down deeper

Speaker:

without having to

Speaker:

re-traumatize right you

Speaker:

actually get your job done

Speaker:

faster they get their

Speaker:

outcomes quicker it's like

Speaker:

the part that the

Speaker:

intangibles of our most

Speaker:

people today right they

Speaker:

want whatever they want but

Speaker:

then if you dig a little

Speaker:

deeper and they kind of go

Speaker:

in with you then

Speaker:

it makes all the difference

Speaker:

in the world to me.

Speaker:

And I love how you,

Speaker:

I just love how you've done

Speaker:

this in this way because it's so,

Speaker:

it's so encouraging for me

Speaker:

because you don't see this

Speaker:

in these sectors in the norm.

Speaker:

And I feel like this is

Speaker:

where humanity really is moving.

Speaker:

We're moving to be intuitive healers,

Speaker:

intuitive financial planners,

Speaker:

intuitive healthcare workers.

Speaker:

Because the AI component is easy.

Speaker:

AI is going to figure out

Speaker:

the analytical faster, easier, quicker.

Speaker:

There's a part there, right?

Speaker:

It's not going to replace us.

Speaker:

The human component,

Speaker:

the human equation is we're

Speaker:

still relearning what we forgot,

Speaker:

which is getting into that space.

Speaker:

And how cool is it that you

Speaker:

got there in this way?

Speaker:

Because that is how,

Speaker:

this is what we talked about earlier.

Speaker:

It's like, it's both.

Speaker:

It's not this, it's not this, it's both.

Speaker:

I do this, you do this.

Speaker:

And this is where we are

Speaker:

moving with not just our profession,

Speaker:

but how we interact and relate.

Speaker:

And I love that.

Speaker:

It's just a beautiful thing.

Speaker:

I wanted to pause to honor it,

Speaker:

but to also just like,

Speaker:

how cool, how cool is that?

Speaker:

Where you can go to these

Speaker:

places where there are

Speaker:

people moving and bridging the gaps here.

Speaker:

This wasn't, and I just like,

Speaker:

I've been on these podcasts

Speaker:

and these stories and seminars, like,

Speaker:

fuck, ten to twenty years from now,

Speaker:

this is the norm, right?

Speaker:

Oh my gosh.

Speaker:

This is what we're doing.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

And it's really freaking hard, because

Speaker:

guess what?

Speaker:

You're,

Speaker:

you're one of the pioneers in this

Speaker:

space and you don't have a

Speaker:

lot to relate to.

Speaker:

And a lot of people don't understand it.

Speaker:

So I'm,

Speaker:

I expect and probably understand

Speaker:

like you're sometimes it's,

Speaker:

it's a difficult client journey too,

Speaker:

because there's a process

Speaker:

of discovery in all of this as well.

Speaker:

That's, I mean, oh my gosh.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

That's the whole part of it

Speaker:

that I had to trust, though,

Speaker:

is that the people who are

Speaker:

ready will find me.

Speaker:

The people who are meant for

Speaker:

me will be there.

Speaker:

That was,

Speaker:

and another big piece of the

Speaker:

financial industry right

Speaker:

now is this is like the

Speaker:

overarching scarcity, right?

Speaker:

That there's not enough that

Speaker:

we have to help you figure

Speaker:

out how to have enough.

Speaker:

that you have to hit a

Speaker:

certain number and then you'll be okay.

Speaker:

But if, you know, if something goes wrong,

Speaker:

then it's, it still might not be enough,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

There's this scarcity is

Speaker:

baked in to the formula right now.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

that goes, you know, even for clients,

Speaker:

even in most, you know,

Speaker:

financial advisory practices, right?

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

you can't compete or everything

Speaker:

is a competition.

Speaker:

And if I, if you leave, you know,

Speaker:

if you leave this firm to

Speaker:

go somewhere else, you know,

Speaker:

you can't take your clients with you.

Speaker:

You can't, you know, all of these,

Speaker:

all of these attitudes

Speaker:

around even building,

Speaker:

like building your business is

Speaker:

If everything is scarcity,

Speaker:

if there's not enough clients,

Speaker:

if you get this client,

Speaker:

then I don't get that client.

Speaker:

All of those things, that is, again,

Speaker:

baked in to your experience of prosperity,

Speaker:

of is there enough?

Speaker:

Is it going to be okay?

Speaker:

And so I had to, part of my journey,

Speaker:

part of that healing was to realize that,

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

I couldn't work with everyone that...

Speaker:

that I come across if I wanted to.

Speaker:

I'm one person, right?

Speaker:

I don't need

Speaker:

a million clients,

Speaker:

but there are millions and

Speaker:

millions and millions of

Speaker:

clients who want and will

Speaker:

benefit from this type of work.

Speaker:

So what does that actually mean?

Speaker:

That actually means that I

Speaker:

just need to keep being me.

Speaker:

I keep doing what's unique

Speaker:

and incredible and that I'm

Speaker:

my inherent genius.

Speaker:

I keep being me.

Speaker:

And then it inspires other advisors.

Speaker:

It inspires the industry.

Speaker:

to say, hey, what are you doing?

Speaker:

How are you doing that?

Speaker:

Why are your clients getting

Speaker:

such good results?

Speaker:

Why do you have such good

Speaker:

client retention?

Speaker:

Why are you able to do all

Speaker:

of these things and like, and bring them,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

like help be part of the tide

Speaker:

that's like raising the

Speaker:

tide for everyone so that

Speaker:

there are then more

Speaker:

advisors who are working

Speaker:

this way who can help more clients,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

So we see it as,

Speaker:

or I see it as there is no competition.

Speaker:

And I actually need more allies.

Speaker:

I need more friends to be doing this with.

Speaker:

And I know that they're out there.

Speaker:

I know the advisors are out

Speaker:

there who are craving,

Speaker:

who have the same heart to like truly,

Speaker:

truly help clients.

Speaker:

And I want to meet them.

Speaker:

And I want you to come help.

Speaker:

I want you to be in this with me, right?

Speaker:

Because there are so many

Speaker:

people who need it.

Speaker:

There is no competition, right?

Speaker:

I've said the same.

Speaker:

It's so like,

Speaker:

you can just place this and

Speaker:

put it in these other categories.

Speaker:

Like, and that's when, you know,

Speaker:

there's residents, right?

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

I've been saying this for years.

Speaker:

Like there is no competition in wellness.

Speaker:

The world needs healing.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

So I've been trying to teach

Speaker:

an army of pharmacists to

Speaker:

do the same thing.

Speaker:

And I've been doing it in some respects,

Speaker:

in some ways.

Speaker:

And then also there's the

Speaker:

other side of that is some

Speaker:

people aren't ready.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Like you say,

Speaker:

that's what I think the shift is.

Speaker:

The shift is like when you

Speaker:

let go of that expectation

Speaker:

that everybody needs this.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

It's like, no,

Speaker:

some people aren't in their

Speaker:

evolutionary space in order

Speaker:

to get to this place where

Speaker:

they're going to be

Speaker:

receptive or energetically aligned.

Speaker:

So I, you and I are kind of like,

Speaker:

we had to figure it out too, right?

Speaker:

Like you can't just speak at

Speaker:

the top of the world and go,

Speaker:

everybody come.

Speaker:

Like, it's just like, no,

Speaker:

there's certain people that

Speaker:

are going to get it.

Speaker:

There's certain pharmacists.

Speaker:

There's now it's building

Speaker:

the flywheels moving, right?

Speaker:

The financial world is

Speaker:

thinking about these things

Speaker:

in different ways because

Speaker:

humanity is thinking of

Speaker:

this in different ways.

Speaker:

We're moving into the heart.

Speaker:

We're moving into this space.

Speaker:

So you work with,

Speaker:

people, right?

Speaker:

I know that you're,

Speaker:

you attract the right people,

Speaker:

but who is that ideal

Speaker:

client that comes in the

Speaker:

door and finds you?

Speaker:

Is it,

Speaker:

is it someone that's kind of on that

Speaker:

mountain of life and

Speaker:

they're kind of moving in

Speaker:

that second phase and

Speaker:

they're thinking about it

Speaker:

and they just want

Speaker:

alignment in the financial

Speaker:

well-being component of their lives?

Speaker:

it's so what yeah what's

Speaker:

really really important for

Speaker:

me is um that I can I can

Speaker:

meet people where they're

Speaker:

at in quite a few different

Speaker:

ways and so is that one of

Speaker:

my demographics a hundred percent

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

People who have assets,

Speaker:

who have accumulated a lot of money,

Speaker:

who feel... This is

Speaker:

actually a really big one

Speaker:

that's on my heart right now.

Speaker:

People who have accumulated

Speaker:

money who are terrified of losing it.

Speaker:

Because that is...

Speaker:

I don't have statistics,

Speaker:

but from my personal

Speaker:

experience as an advisor

Speaker:

for the last almost twenty years,

Speaker:

or in this industry for the

Speaker:

last almost twenty years,

Speaker:

is that certainly more than half,

Speaker:

maybe even three quarters

Speaker:

of the clients that I've

Speaker:

ever met that have accumulated wealth

Speaker:

are terrified of losing it

Speaker:

because it was built in scarcity,

Speaker:

because it was built in

Speaker:

that sense of like,

Speaker:

I have to put this away for a rainy day.

Speaker:

I have to be, you know,

Speaker:

I have to have enough.

Speaker:

It has to hit a certain level, right?

Speaker:

So there is fear.

Speaker:

And what I've learned in all of my

Speaker:

journeying.

Speaker:

And we have a lot of

Speaker:

resonance in that space too, right?

Speaker:

A big piece of my healing

Speaker:

was first an ayahuasca

Speaker:

journey and then MDMA

Speaker:

journey and quite a few

Speaker:

others that have been

Speaker:

facilitated and helped me

Speaker:

see myself more clearly and

Speaker:

see my purpose and what I'm

Speaker:

here to do more clearly.

Speaker:

And one of those pieces is

Speaker:

to help heal and transmute that fear.

Speaker:

Because what was built in

Speaker:

fear has to be renown

Speaker:

before it can be deployed in love.

Speaker:

And that's what we want, right?

Speaker:

Especially people who would

Speaker:

be listening to this podcast,

Speaker:

who want to work with you, right?

Speaker:

The confluence of who's that person,

Speaker:

they know that they want to have that.

Speaker:

a safer,

Speaker:

more inner safety is the way I put it,

Speaker:

more inner safety around money,

Speaker:

more inner peace around their money.

Speaker:

And a big piece of that is

Speaker:

transmuting that

Speaker:

relationship with what has

Speaker:

already been created so

Speaker:

that what you create on top

Speaker:

of that is now created in love.

Speaker:

And there's the three D

Speaker:

component to that of how do

Speaker:

we manage that?

Speaker:

How do we,

Speaker:

how do we make good financial

Speaker:

decisions around that?

Speaker:

And then there's the

Speaker:

energetic and emotional

Speaker:

component around that, right?

Speaker:

So that's, that's huge.

Speaker:

The other, the other way,

Speaker:

the other person that I

Speaker:

work with is the person who

Speaker:

is building and

Speaker:

who has their businesses going great,

Speaker:

they're making more income

Speaker:

than they've ever made before,

Speaker:

but maybe they actually

Speaker:

used most of their

Speaker:

retirement money to get to

Speaker:

where they're at.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

So common.

Speaker:

So common.

Speaker:

Just listening, not seeing.

Speaker:

I'm like, yes.

Speaker:

Because entrepreneurs,

Speaker:

what's the best investment

Speaker:

is your business.

Speaker:

There's a better return always.

Speaker:

But there's a point at when that changes,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

When the investments need to

Speaker:

start folding because there

Speaker:

is that overflow and abundance.

Speaker:

I think I'm just blew up

Speaker:

mine and building again, but like,

Speaker:

I love that.

Speaker:

Tell me a little more.

Speaker:

Tell me more about where you

Speaker:

hit that piece and why it's so important.

Speaker:

I want to know a couple.

Speaker:

I'm curious.

Speaker:

Using this newfound,

Speaker:

beautiful process you've taken,

Speaker:

I also want to know what

Speaker:

are the outcomes you're

Speaker:

seeing through this process?

Speaker:

Yeah, such good questions.

Speaker:

So on that side,

Speaker:

for someone who's building

Speaker:

and rebuilding back from

Speaker:

having invested in yourself

Speaker:

to create something new,

Speaker:

to create impact in a new way,

Speaker:

that is beautiful.

Speaker:

And there comes a point for

Speaker:

most entrepreneurs where they're like,

Speaker:

I also really want to see

Speaker:

it in the bank account.

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

I want to,

Speaker:

I know that I'm making an impact.

Speaker:

I can see what's happening.

Speaker:

I see that I'm, you know,

Speaker:

the revenue is good,

Speaker:

but I'm not feeling it on a

Speaker:

regular basis.

Speaker:

And there's, so there's, again,

Speaker:

there's an incongruence.

Speaker:

It's when there's, you know,

Speaker:

like anytime there is a disconnect,

Speaker:

we'll say, between where, you know,

Speaker:

where you feel like you

Speaker:

quote unquote should be

Speaker:

at any given time,

Speaker:

there's a money story there.

Speaker:

There's absolutely.

Speaker:

And there's probably

Speaker:

multiple money stories

Speaker:

under there of where should I be?

Speaker:

Why aren't I there?

Speaker:

I see this, you know, in the PNL statement,

Speaker:

but I don't see it in my bank account.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And so what we do,

Speaker:

we look at those things.

Speaker:

We look at everything for what it is.

Speaker:

first.

Speaker:

So we take a really good look at the P&L,

Speaker:

we take a really good look

Speaker:

at what you're spending,

Speaker:

we take a really good look

Speaker:

at all the real world details.

Speaker:

And then

Speaker:

we see where the roadblocks

Speaker:

are of where maybe where

Speaker:

you're not seeing yourself clearly,

Speaker:

where you're not seeing

Speaker:

your own impact clearly,

Speaker:

where you're not aware of

Speaker:

the money stories that have

Speaker:

come before that are still

Speaker:

playing out now.

Speaker:

Because sometimes all it

Speaker:

takes is like a tiny tweak.

Speaker:

It's, you know,

Speaker:

truly like that's usually

Speaker:

what it is with my clients is, you know,

Speaker:

there's the combination of, okay,

Speaker:

what's happening?

Speaker:

How does the P&L look?

Speaker:

How are you feeling about that?

Speaker:

What's coming up?

Speaker:

What challenges are happening?

Speaker:

And then, all right, then the intuitive,

Speaker:

you know, again,

Speaker:

I'm listening with my whole body,

Speaker:

the intuitive piece of like, okay,

Speaker:

this feels like this is

Speaker:

actually coming from

Speaker:

this piece, either this money story,

Speaker:

or this part of your human design,

Speaker:

or this part of your gene keys,

Speaker:

there's a shadow that's coming up,

Speaker:

that's that feels like it's

Speaker:

playing out again.

Speaker:

And so we dive into that.

Speaker:

And then see if there's okay,

Speaker:

so that gives you, you know,

Speaker:

right now you're in the shadow of,

Speaker:

we'll say,

Speaker:

I don't think this is one of yours,

Speaker:

but maybe the shadow of entropy.

Speaker:

You're stuck.

Speaker:

You're in inertia.

Speaker:

You're not moving on this thing.

Speaker:

Why?

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

Let's explore that because

Speaker:

that's actually maybe the

Speaker:

small key that's going to

Speaker:

swing the big door.

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

the little push that's going to

Speaker:

open the door.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

the best what what am I seeing with

Speaker:

clients?

Speaker:

Gosh, this this year,

Speaker:

there have just been some really,

Speaker:

really cool things that

Speaker:

have been happening.

Speaker:

I have one client right now

Speaker:

who's worked really,

Speaker:

really hard for several years.

Speaker:

And on she's a lawyer,

Speaker:

she's working on a huge case,

Speaker:

and just it's finally

Speaker:

settling for millions of dollars.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

she has never had that much

Speaker:

money before ever.

Speaker:

She's never had savings

Speaker:

because she's been building the business.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And this has been the

Speaker:

windfall that she's been waiting for.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

but basically like trying to figure out,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

like dealing with all the money stories.

Speaker:

So we dealt with money

Speaker:

stories for two years of like,

Speaker:

what's coming up.

Speaker:

How do I heal it?

Speaker:

How do I move through it?

Speaker:

And how do I keep going?

Speaker:

And now the windfall is here almost.

Speaker:

And now the other half of

Speaker:

the money story is the fear of like,

Speaker:

what do I do with all this money?

Speaker:

How do I, you know, like, right?

Speaker:

It's the piece that I've

Speaker:

been playing with.

Speaker:

And I want to get this

Speaker:

because this is a perfect

Speaker:

moment right here in this story is,

Speaker:

People that have chased

Speaker:

their whole lives and get

Speaker:

what they've been chasing never get,

Speaker:

maybe it's just me, but I doubt it.

Speaker:

It's everyone because you're

Speaker:

so consumed with the chase.

Speaker:

It's like the dog that

Speaker:

chases the bumper of the car.

Speaker:

What happens when they grab it?

Speaker:

There's a whole different

Speaker:

story that just starts that says,

Speaker:

where's the willingness to receive?

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Big piece for me.

Speaker:

Like the, not the willingness,

Speaker:

just the abilities to

Speaker:

receive a comment of

Speaker:

gratitude or abundance.

Speaker:

Like, oh,

Speaker:

what happens when you actually

Speaker:

get what you want and have

Speaker:

been working so hard for?

Speaker:

Whole nother story, right?

Speaker:

Oh, yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Oh, yeah.

Speaker:

And it's we don't think about that.

Speaker:

We get to this place.

Speaker:

I got to work so hard to get to this.

Speaker:

Oh, my God.

Speaker:

It happened.

Speaker:

What now?

Speaker:

It's like it blows you up.

Speaker:

You're like, holy shit.

Speaker:

I have no idea what I'm doing.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

And then there's like, hey,

Speaker:

I'm in full abundance or full alignment.

Speaker:

Everything's happening.

Speaker:

The manifesting is happening

Speaker:

out of the generator side of it.

Speaker:

And then all of a sudden

Speaker:

it's like now I have a whole new story.

Speaker:

a whole new story of life.

Speaker:

And I never, ever, ever,

Speaker:

ever contemplated that piece.

Speaker:

How do you not sabotage it?

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Because that's what we,

Speaker:

that's what we then do.

Speaker:

It's like, Ooh, now I'm out of my,

Speaker:

now I'm out of my norm and

Speaker:

I need to do something

Speaker:

consciously or

Speaker:

unconsciously to get back to my norm.

Speaker:

Do you think that's what

Speaker:

happens with people when

Speaker:

they win the lottery?

Speaker:

A hundred percent.

Speaker:

The average,

Speaker:

the statistical average for

Speaker:

someone who receives a

Speaker:

windfall lottery inheritance or otherwise,

Speaker:

like, yeah, yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Any, um, any windfall,

Speaker:

the statistical average for

Speaker:

that person to be back at

Speaker:

zero is three years.

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

you can put that in professional

Speaker:

athletes.

Speaker:

Like they get the big contracts.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

Yes, literally.

Speaker:

That's one of your avatars, I think.

Speaker:

It's like, hey,

Speaker:

what do you do when you get

Speaker:

this big thing?

Speaker:

Let's keep it.

Speaker:

Not just like spend it wisely.

Speaker:

There's an energetics to all of that.

Speaker:

The sabotage.

Speaker:

yes absolutely absolutely

Speaker:

and so to know that that

Speaker:

again uh this is this is

Speaker:

actually you're getting

Speaker:

into a point that I have a

Speaker:

beef with um behavioral

Speaker:

finance with a little bit

Speaker:

behavioral finance is

Speaker:

beautiful it's very

Speaker:

important I think it's a

Speaker:

it's awesome to have

Speaker:

studied and understand you

Speaker:

know the psychology of

Speaker:

money um and the psychology

Speaker:

of money is very important but

Speaker:

What that also does is it

Speaker:

puts people in categories.

Speaker:

And when you tell someone, oh, well,

Speaker:

you're just, you know,

Speaker:

doing the same thing that

Speaker:

everyone does in this, you know,

Speaker:

or that seventy percent of

Speaker:

people do in this case.

Speaker:

As soon as you tell that to someone,

Speaker:

they shut down and they're like, well,

Speaker:

that's not my situation is

Speaker:

clearly different and unique.

Speaker:

And they're right, right?

Speaker:

Like that's the thing is like, okay,

Speaker:

so you can have that

Speaker:

knowledge in the back of your head.

Speaker:

Yes, most lottery winners,

Speaker:

windfall receivers will be

Speaker:

back at zero within three years.

Speaker:

That's the statistical truth.

Speaker:

But it doesn't have to be

Speaker:

that way if you're given

Speaker:

the tools not only to know

Speaker:

okay,

Speaker:

what are the wise ways to invest this,

Speaker:

to save it, to put it away for the future,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

Like that's all a part of it.

Speaker:

But this entire conversation,

Speaker:

what we're talking about is

Speaker:

then what's the energetic

Speaker:

underneath that still?

Speaker:

If the energetic is still,

Speaker:

I'm terrified that I'm

Speaker:

going to mess this up,

Speaker:

that's always going to

Speaker:

carry with you until you heal that.

Speaker:

Well, it's just like a relationship,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

It's like, if you don't heal the wound,

Speaker:

the mirror will come up each time.

Speaker:

It's going to come to the

Speaker:

next relationship until you

Speaker:

get underneath your part.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

How we're dealing with this

Speaker:

in the financial world.

Speaker:

We've got that little left time.

Speaker:

I want to talk about, and thank you.

Speaker:

This was been amazing.

Speaker:

You have a group mastermind

Speaker:

launching soon.

Speaker:

It's for,

Speaker:

is it for therapists to heal

Speaker:

their money stories?

Speaker:

Like, tell us a little bit about it.

Speaker:

Um, what inspired you and what, what,

Speaker:

what do you hope to create out of this?

Speaker:

So super, yeah, super interesting.

Speaker:

Uh,

Speaker:

what's happening with that at the moment.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

so because transparently we haven't had

Speaker:

anyone say yes so far.

Speaker:

Because therapists, we've actually done,

Speaker:

so the person I've partnered with there,

Speaker:

his name is Dr. Stephen Ingram,

Speaker:

such a beautiful human, such a good heart,

Speaker:

such a

Speaker:

such a good example of

Speaker:

someone who also listens

Speaker:

with everything like he's

Speaker:

such a good listener and

Speaker:

such a good question asker

Speaker:

um and he's also a

Speaker:

supervisor for he's a

Speaker:

therapist supervisor as

Speaker:

well and so if you're in

Speaker:

the therapy world um you

Speaker:

know especially newer

Speaker:

therapists are required to

Speaker:

have a supervisor who helps them

Speaker:

become better at their practice.

Speaker:

And so one of the things

Speaker:

that he's so gifted at is

Speaker:

leading process groups of

Speaker:

helping people and helping

Speaker:

therapists like examine their own stuff,

Speaker:

but not in a way that

Speaker:

points it out in a way that, you know,

Speaker:

because from,

Speaker:

and this is one of the

Speaker:

reasons we align really

Speaker:

well is that he's like,

Speaker:

I don't want to ask a lot

Speaker:

of questions that get

Speaker:

people back up into their head, right?

Speaker:

I want to keep them feeling.

Speaker:

I want to keep them in the

Speaker:

emotion so that it can

Speaker:

process and they can see.

Speaker:

If I ask too many questions

Speaker:

that they then interrupt

Speaker:

the feeling process, then I've messed up.

Speaker:

And we've actually had the

Speaker:

privilege of doing this workshop,

Speaker:

doing the money story

Speaker:

workshop where I take a

Speaker:

group through an inner

Speaker:

child guided meditation.

Speaker:

And it brings up a lot of

Speaker:

stuff that needs to be processed.

Speaker:

And then we, together,

Speaker:

we guide that processing.

Speaker:

Um, and so from that,

Speaker:

from those experiences that

Speaker:

we've had together and

Speaker:

seeing how powerful they

Speaker:

are and heard the feedback of how,

Speaker:

how transformational,

Speaker:

even just one experience was of that,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

we wanted to create a container where.

Speaker:

we can actually like dive

Speaker:

into that and actually help the healers,

Speaker:

help the other helpers heal

Speaker:

their money stories because

Speaker:

that's how we create the ripple, right?

Speaker:

It's like when I do it with one client,

Speaker:

one-on-one,

Speaker:

that's beautiful and that's important.

Speaker:

But if we heal the healers,

Speaker:

they then have full practices, right?

Speaker:

They're helping hundreds of others, right?

Speaker:

And so that's the going upstream piece,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

Like going to the people that are also,

Speaker:

that their heart is for helping others.

Speaker:

And what's so interesting with my energy,

Speaker:

again, I'm a manifesting generator.

Speaker:

And manifesting generators, you are too,

Speaker:

Josh.

Speaker:

We're able to pivot when

Speaker:

things aren't quite,

Speaker:

like when you put something

Speaker:

out there and you give it a test,

Speaker:

we are quicker at the pivot to be like,

Speaker:

okay, that's, that was a full yes.

Speaker:

And now there's something about it.

Speaker:

That's not quite the full yes anymore.

Speaker:

Where's my full yes again.

Speaker:

And we can energetically shift things.

Speaker:

And I literally was just

Speaker:

thinking about this, um,

Speaker:

maybe a day or two ago,

Speaker:

like what's not hitting,

Speaker:

what's not hitting there.

Speaker:

And the thought came up that, um,

Speaker:

I think it's,

Speaker:

I think it's meant to be more open.

Speaker:

It's not,

Speaker:

it's not meant to be just for this one,

Speaker:

one vertical,

Speaker:

but when you said heal the healers,

Speaker:

because my retreat is

Speaker:

called heal the healers.

Speaker:

Oh my gosh.

Speaker:

Of course it is.

Speaker:

Well, it's because the same thing,

Speaker:

it's the ripple effect.

Speaker:

And I was having this

Speaker:

literal conversation.

Speaker:

I want to talk to you

Speaker:

offline about it because I,

Speaker:

One of my meditation

Speaker:

teachers and healer friends,

Speaker:

he's a co-facilitator in my

Speaker:

retreats that I hold in Costa Rica,

Speaker:

is we were both having this process with

Speaker:

like money and abundance and like this,

Speaker:

like,

Speaker:

because a lot of the energetics and

Speaker:

the spiritual people,

Speaker:

like we don't have this a

Speaker:

grab with money itself,

Speaker:

but what could we do if we had abundance,

Speaker:

we could help so many more

Speaker:

people like that ripple effect.

Speaker:

So, and I think a lot of healers,

Speaker:

there's this stigma around

Speaker:

healers shouldn't make any money.

Speaker:

Oh yes.

Speaker:

You know this, right?

Speaker:

So it's like,

Speaker:

What if we could create this

Speaker:

workshop around shifting

Speaker:

the philosophy of the energetics of that?

Speaker:

Because it's true, right?

Speaker:

Healers,

Speaker:

if there's this energy around healers,

Speaker:

healers don't need to make

Speaker:

money because then they're bastardizing,

Speaker:

like asking for people's

Speaker:

money because they're a healer,

Speaker:

but it's actually what we do, right?

Speaker:

And so I think a lot of

Speaker:

healers in the healing arts

Speaker:

Uh, have that component come up a lot.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So I'm, I'm at my, my brain, my,

Speaker:

my neurodivergent brain is

Speaker:

going on fire right now thinking about,

Speaker:

yeah,

Speaker:

maybe we open this out to some of these,

Speaker:

these other kind of modalities to,

Speaker:

to really help them because it is,

Speaker:

it is for me, for a lot of other people,

Speaker:

it becomes something of a

Speaker:

internal struggle as well.

Speaker:

Like if I make a lot of money.

Speaker:

So I can help more people,

Speaker:

but people are going to see

Speaker:

me as a business person, not a, you know,

Speaker:

is that all that stuff's

Speaker:

interplaying and intertwining with it.

Speaker:

So I think we,

Speaker:

I think we should definitely

Speaker:

have a powwow around that a little bit.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

But, and, you know,

Speaker:

we're at the tail end of

Speaker:

our conversation today.

Speaker:

I loved what we talked about.

Speaker:

But for listeners navigating

Speaker:

this burnout or scarcity,

Speaker:

what's the one small

Speaker:

practice they can start

Speaker:

shifting today just to

Speaker:

create more abundant energy?

Speaker:

Oh, this one is so simple.

Speaker:

Not necessarily easy, but very simple.

Speaker:

Is when we are in scarcity...

Speaker:

And we want to shift to abundance.

Speaker:

Uh, if you're watching like my hands apart,

Speaker:

they're actually,

Speaker:

pretty far apart

Speaker:

energetically if you're in

Speaker:

scarcity and you want to

Speaker:

flip to abundance.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

There's the, the want,

Speaker:

the desire to be in

Speaker:

abundance when you're in scarcity.

Speaker:

This one took me forever to,

Speaker:

to wrap my head around and

Speaker:

I was so mad about it.

Speaker:

To be honest, is that when you're like,

Speaker:

I want, I want to have those new clients.

Speaker:

I want to have, you know, this and that.

Speaker:

And I want to, I want to have, you know,

Speaker:

the fifty thousand dollar

Speaker:

months I want to that

Speaker:

implies that it's not here

Speaker:

that implies the scarcity

Speaker:

itself it's the scarcity is

Speaker:

underneath that I want that

Speaker:

it's I want because I don't

Speaker:

have and I don't have and

Speaker:

so that's what's being

Speaker:

reflected back seriously

Speaker:

energetically infuriating

Speaker:

um and what shifts that the

Speaker:

fastest is to come into sufficiency

Speaker:

is to bring it back,

Speaker:

bring both of them to the middle.

Speaker:

Where are you already

Speaker:

experiencing exactly what you need?

Speaker:

Where is the sufficiency in

Speaker:

your life so that you bring

Speaker:

these sides together and go

Speaker:

into a gratitude practice

Speaker:

around where you already

Speaker:

have exactly what you need?

Speaker:

And from there, when you can see that,

Speaker:

like where are all the places?

Speaker:

List everything out.

Speaker:

If it's a thousand things

Speaker:

that you need to list out the first time,

Speaker:

list out everything.

Speaker:

Where do you have exactly what you need?

Speaker:

Emotionally, financially, spiritually,

Speaker:

physically,

Speaker:

where are all the places where

Speaker:

you have exactly what you need,

Speaker:

where you are sufficient?

Speaker:

And when you can look at that list,

Speaker:

and feel like, feel the realness of that,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

This is a nervous system practice too.

Speaker:

Your nervous system sees that and it says,

Speaker:

yeah, that's true.

Speaker:

When you can feel the truth of that,

Speaker:

then you can shift into

Speaker:

where do you already have

Speaker:

more than enough?

Speaker:

My definition of prosperity,

Speaker:

I'm going to insert this

Speaker:

right here and then

Speaker:

I wanted to know what's

Speaker:

Hannah's definition of

Speaker:

abundance and prosperity.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

My definition of prosperity

Speaker:

is being able to give of your time,

Speaker:

your money and your energy

Speaker:

from a place of overflow

Speaker:

that you have all the time

Speaker:

in the world to give to the

Speaker:

causes that matter to you,

Speaker:

that you have all the

Speaker:

energy in the world to give

Speaker:

to the things that light you up,

Speaker:

that you have all the money

Speaker:

that you could ever need.

Speaker:

And you're able to give from

Speaker:

an overflowing cup so that these cups,

Speaker:

these cups are full and you

Speaker:

get to give from the overflow.

Speaker:

That's prosperity.

Speaker:

And so if we take that definition,

Speaker:

where are you already in

Speaker:

abundance with your time or

Speaker:

your energy or your money?

Speaker:

Because sometimes it's that

Speaker:

one of those three or two

Speaker:

of those three are out of whack.

Speaker:

I was just thinking that.

Speaker:

Yep.

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

And so then we kind of feel

Speaker:

like everything has gone to shit.

Speaker:

When it's really just, hey, you know what?

Speaker:

Things are actually really,

Speaker:

really good in this bucket.

Speaker:

And if you sink into that,

Speaker:

if you acknowledge that,

Speaker:

Show gratitude.

Speaker:

Have your gratitude practice

Speaker:

of this is where I'm already abundant.

Speaker:

It's amazing.

Speaker:

I love it.

Speaker:

Thank you.

Speaker:

That is the sufficiency that

Speaker:

will then allow you to see

Speaker:

this and I can receive even

Speaker:

more of that because I already have it.

Speaker:

It's not I want that because

Speaker:

I don't have it.

Speaker:

I can steward even more of

Speaker:

that because I've already

Speaker:

shown that I can steward what I have.

Speaker:

I love that.

Speaker:

And you're right.

Speaker:

These are simple,

Speaker:

not necessarily easy things.

Speaker:

Again, I've said that too.

Speaker:

Wellness is simple.

Speaker:

It's just not easy, right?

Speaker:

We know we can eat right and exercise.

Speaker:

We know it.

Speaker:

It's very simple.

Speaker:

It's complex, right?

Speaker:

I love that.

Speaker:

I think it's amazing.

Speaker:

Where can people find you?

Speaker:

Where can they connect with you?

Speaker:

Where can they tune into the

Speaker:

expansive CEO podcast?

Speaker:

Oh, yeah.

Speaker:

Podcast, of course.

Speaker:

Yes, absolutely.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

Listen, listen to this.

Speaker:

I love it.

Speaker:

And then you can also catch

Speaker:

the expansive CEO podcast

Speaker:

on literally any platform

Speaker:

that you listen.

Speaker:

You can also go to YouTube

Speaker:

and search expansive CEO

Speaker:

and see everything there.

Speaker:

And then there's other

Speaker:

YouTube specific resources

Speaker:

as well that aren't anywhere else.

Speaker:

And if you have any desire,

Speaker:

if you want to connect on

Speaker:

financial planning,

Speaker:

investment management from

Speaker:

a place of abundance and

Speaker:

alignment or human design

Speaker:

and Gene Keys business coaching.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

These are all the spectrum

Speaker:

of how I work with people.

Speaker:

Um, you can actually go to Hannah,

Speaker:

our Chapman.com is the easiest way.

Speaker:

Cause then that will funnel.

Speaker:

You can,

Speaker:

you can go to X squared wealth

Speaker:

planning and expansive CEO

Speaker:

straight from that website.

Speaker:

So that's the easiest.

Speaker:

You can also get to the

Speaker:

podcast from there.

Speaker:

So Hannah, our Chapman.com, um,

Speaker:

Hannah with two N's two A's

Speaker:

and two H's it's the, the correct way,

Speaker:

the palindrome H A N and A H. Um,

Speaker:

Yeah, that's where you can find me.

Speaker:

Beautiful.

Speaker:

Hannah, thank you so much.

Speaker:

This has been amazing.

Speaker:

You are amazing.

Speaker:

Thank you for what you're doing.

Speaker:

You're transforming a place, a sector,

Speaker:

an industry that is

Speaker:

inevitably going to evolve anyway.

Speaker:

But you're right here right now.

Speaker:

And I love that because I

Speaker:

have lots of people to open doors with,

Speaker:

especially the CEOs and

Speaker:

entrepreneurs that I love

Speaker:

that are moving in this direction.

Speaker:

This gives them that guide.

Speaker:

So thank you so much.

Speaker:

This is awesome.

Speaker:

We're going to do more.

Speaker:

I know it.

Speaker:

I love it.

Speaker:

Thank you so much for having me, Josh.

Speaker:

This was amazing.

Speaker:

Every conversation we have

Speaker:

is just better than the last.

Speaker:

So thank you.

Speaker:

So good.

Speaker:

All right, guys, this one's a wrap.

Speaker:

Until next time, stay well.
