#99: Bold Ideas, Bold Living: Tricia Keightley on Success with Meaning

What if success didn’t have to come at the cost of your health, joy, or authenticity?

In this inspiring episode of Beyond the Pills, host Josh Rimany sits down with Tricia Keightley; a visionary entrepreneur, author, and coach who has spent over fourteen years helping people and businesses bring their boldest ideas to life. As the founder of Webworks and Portrayals XR, Tricia merges strategy, creativity, and neuroscience-backed healing to create immersive transformational experiences.

But Tricia’s story isn’t just about innovation in business; it’s about living fully. From paddleboarding on crystal-clear water to savoring life’s little luxuries, Tricia is proof that you can design a life that is both wildly successful and deeply meaningful.

This conversation is an exploration of how we redefine success and healing in today’s world. Tricia shares her journey of entrepreneurship, motherhood, and adventure, all while building companies that change how people experience transformation.

Listen to discover:

  • Bold Living: Why bringing your ideas into the world requires courage, authenticity, and a willingness to fail forward.
  • The Science of Transformation: How neuroscience, creativity, and immersive technologies like Portrayals XR unlock new levels of healing.
  • Adventure as Medicine: Why stepping into nature, play, and exploration can restore balance and ignite creativity.
  • Authenticity & Wonder: How leading with these two principles allows us to create lives that are not just successful, but deeply fulfilling.
“Life can be both wildly successful and deeply meaningful when we lead with authenticity and wonder.” – Tricia Keightley

If you’ve ever felt like you’re chasing success but losing yourself in the process, this episode will stop you in your tracks. Tricia challenges the idea that achievement requires burnout or sacrifice. Instead, she offers a new model for living and working—one that merges soul, science, and strategy.

  • Imagine building a business that doesn’t drain you, but actually fuels your vitality.
  • Imagine experiencing healing not just in a clinic, but in nature, through creativity, and through immersive experiences that awaken your senses.
  • Imagine success defined not by external validation, but by alignment with your truest self.

Through her work with Portrayals XR, Tricia shows us that healing and transformation can be immersive, playful, and deeply personal. Her approach combines the rigor of neuroscience with the artistry of storytelling and the wisdom of holistic living.

“Your boldest ideas are not accidents—they are invitations to step into the life you’re meant to create.” – Tricia Keightley

This isn’t just theory. Tricia has lived it. As a devoted mom, entrepreneur, and adventurer, she knows the balancing act firsthand. Her message is clear: we don’t have to choose between ambition and joy, or between success and health. We can design lives and businesses that honor both.

Speaker:

Welcome back to Beyond the Pills.

Speaker:

Today,

Speaker:

I am honored to sit down with Tricia

Speaker:

Keatley, a visionary entrepreneur, author,

Speaker:

and coach who has spent

Speaker:

over fourteen years helping

Speaker:

people and businesses bring

Speaker:

back their boldest ideas into life.

Speaker:

She's the founder of

Speaker:

Webworks and Portrayals XR,

Speaker:

where she merges strategy, creativity,

Speaker:

and neuroscience-backed

Speaker:

healing to create truly

Speaker:

immersive transformational experiences.

Speaker:

Beyond her work,

Speaker:

Tricia is an adventurer at heart.

Speaker:

I like those.

Speaker:

Drawn to national parks,

Speaker:

paddle boarding on crystal clear water,

Speaker:

and savoring life's little luxuries.

Speaker:

She's also a devoted mom and

Speaker:

a deep thinker who believes

Speaker:

that life can be both

Speaker:

wildly successful and deeply

Speaker:

meaningful when we lead

Speaker:

with authenticity and wonder.

Speaker:

Today, we're gonna explore her journey,

Speaker:

her work with PortrayalsXR

Speaker:

and her mission to reshape

Speaker:

how entrepreneurs and

Speaker:

companies approach wellness, healing,

Speaker:

and peak vitality.

Speaker:

Welcome to the show, Trisha.

Speaker:

Thanks for having me.

Speaker:

It's so nice to have

Speaker:

like-minded people in that space,

Speaker:

especially the adventurer in you.

Speaker:

Just had a podcast with

Speaker:

someone that merges

Speaker:

adventure with retreats.

Speaker:

It was so fun.

Speaker:

So let's just get started.

Speaker:

Your bio describes both an

Speaker:

entrepreneur and a healer.

Speaker:

How do these two sort of

Speaker:

paths come together in your life?

Speaker:

Yeah,

Speaker:

so I believe it is because when

Speaker:

you're an entrepreneur,

Speaker:

you end up finding out very

Speaker:

quickly that you need

Speaker:

personal development.

Speaker:

You need healing.

Speaker:

You need the things that are

Speaker:

going to actually get you

Speaker:

forward because a lot of

Speaker:

times you end up in this situation.

Speaker:

glass ceiling, right?

Speaker:

And you're like, okay, what's going on?

Speaker:

And then you start identifying, hopefully,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

You start identifying your

Speaker:

limiting beliefs and really

Speaker:

become a different,

Speaker:

like be able to get to that next level.

Speaker:

So the idea is,

Speaker:

is that whenever I have

Speaker:

stepped into this new role,

Speaker:

I'm really stepping into my

Speaker:

purpose of why I actually came here.

Speaker:

So it's been an incredible

Speaker:

journey for sure.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

And we have that same

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

I think the all and I love what

Speaker:

you said is like, you know, entrepreneurs,

Speaker:

we need growth.

Speaker:

We need healing.

Speaker:

Like there's there's it's

Speaker:

it's so we can get to that

Speaker:

authenticity like that,

Speaker:

what the real magic is.

Speaker:

And you've been you've been

Speaker:

building businesses for fourteen years.

Speaker:

And so what defining moment

Speaker:

shifted you towards

Speaker:

creating the portrayals XR

Speaker:

and this immersive healing?

Speaker:

Yeah, so it was a divine idea.

Speaker:

Middle of the night, you know,

Speaker:

it's always that like lucid

Speaker:

dreaming three o'clock in the morning.

Speaker:

And I woke up and I got this

Speaker:

idea that I was supposed to

Speaker:

create an inner child

Speaker:

healing experience in virtual reality.

Speaker:

And of course, in that moment, I was like,

Speaker:

I have no idea what to do here.

Speaker:

I don't know anything about

Speaker:

virtual reality.

Speaker:

And I've been doing inner child healing,

Speaker:

but I've never really

Speaker:

thought about bringing to

Speaker:

life in a real environment like that.

Speaker:

So that was definitely a shift.

Speaker:

And that was three years ago.

Speaker:

And I think the market

Speaker:

wasn't quite ready for what

Speaker:

we're doing now,

Speaker:

but it absolutely is ready now.

Speaker:

So it's just a really,

Speaker:

really exciting time.

Speaker:

uh I call them downloads

Speaker:

right it's just that that

Speaker:

vision you had like you

Speaker:

didn't know much about

Speaker:

virtual reality you didn't

Speaker:

really understand but it

Speaker:

came to you and you're like

Speaker:

this is what I'm supposed

Speaker:

to do talk to us a little

Speaker:

bit about how that sort of

Speaker:

unfolded and then let's

Speaker:

dive in because I think

Speaker:

this is the perfect merging

Speaker:

of ancient wisdom and

Speaker:

modern science so it's like

Speaker:

perfect for our topic of

Speaker:

conversation for today

Speaker:

because that's what we do in this show

Speaker:

So tell us a little bit.

Speaker:

Oh, you get the download.

Speaker:

You're like, well, okay.

Speaker:

Well, that just happened.

Speaker:

Most people just think of

Speaker:

them as whiffs or like ideas, you know,

Speaker:

or they just,

Speaker:

and then they sort of fade

Speaker:

out into the fun set.

Speaker:

But this, this stuck,

Speaker:

this kind of moved forward, right?

Speaker:

Tell us a little bit about

Speaker:

how all that played out for you.

Speaker:

Yeah, I would actually like,

Speaker:

I would like almost want to love them.

Speaker:

I just love having these stories here.

Speaker:

I think the thing for me is

Speaker:

like kind of rewinding

Speaker:

before it ever even happened.

Speaker:

They're like, why me?

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Because that's what came up is like, why?

Speaker:

Why is this been, you know,

Speaker:

blessed upon me?

Speaker:

So I believe so about fourteen years ago,

Speaker:

I did start my own personal

Speaker:

development journey and it

Speaker:

was read every book I could

Speaker:

getting a neuro linguistic

Speaker:

programming practitioner certification,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

doing inner child healing certifications,

Speaker:

obviously going to therapy.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

That was kind of like the

Speaker:

turning point in my life

Speaker:

was I was talking to a life

Speaker:

coach and she was like, oh,

Speaker:

you actually need to go see a therapist.

Speaker:

You need to do CMDR to do

Speaker:

something to kind of get

Speaker:

past that trauma that

Speaker:

happened to you when you were a kid.

Speaker:

And so that was kind of like

Speaker:

that rock bottom.

Speaker:

Oh my gosh, what am I supposed to do here?

Speaker:

So I did the EMDR, went to a therapist and,

Speaker:

um,

Speaker:

It was amazing.

Speaker:

It helped me really get to a

Speaker:

place where I didn't have

Speaker:

emotions tied to some of

Speaker:

the trauma that happened to me as a kid,

Speaker:

which is amazing.

Speaker:

But I think that the whole

Speaker:

idea of all the things that

Speaker:

I've done for myself over the time,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

Reading the books about ancient wisdom.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

I will barely pick up a book

Speaker:

anymore unless it is about

Speaker:

some sort of spirituality or wisdom.

Speaker:

And I'm reading, oh gosh,

Speaker:

Frances Scovel Shin right now.

Speaker:

And it is amazing.

Speaker:

I absolutely love her.

Speaker:

She brings a whole new spin

Speaker:

on spirituality.

Speaker:

And so it's reading all the

Speaker:

books over the last

Speaker:

fourteen years and really

Speaker:

knowing that I can make

Speaker:

this happen and really

Speaker:

figuring out the belief in

Speaker:

myself to create this

Speaker:

multi-million dollar business.

Speaker:

I'm used to my web design

Speaker:

and branding agency that, you know,

Speaker:

of course,

Speaker:

it's six figures and it's done great.

Speaker:

It supported my family over

Speaker:

the last fourteen years and, you know,

Speaker:

as a single mom.

Speaker:

And so it's like the the

Speaker:

idea of this business is

Speaker:

completely different.

Speaker:

So I'm stepping into this

Speaker:

like like a new identity

Speaker:

that is completely

Speaker:

different than what I'm used to.

Speaker:

And so the you know,

Speaker:

in that moment when I got

Speaker:

that Devine download, it's like, you know,

Speaker:

I went

Speaker:

Next,

Speaker:

I went to a local VR studio and talked to,

Speaker:

because they developed VR as well.

Speaker:

And I just kind of started

Speaker:

going through the steps and

Speaker:

the idea after that for

Speaker:

about a year and a half,

Speaker:

just like stewing, right?

Speaker:

Like, how am I going to make this happen?

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

then all of a sudden I get on TikTok

Speaker:

and I'm like, oh my gosh.

Speaker:

They are literally bringing

Speaker:

photos to life now.

Speaker:

That's what they're doing.

Speaker:

This is what we are wanting to do.

Speaker:

And so that's why we're in

Speaker:

development right now with

Speaker:

the inner child hand and

Speaker:

bringing a photo of you as

Speaker:

a child and bringing it to life.

Speaker:

in a real environment, real, right?

Speaker:

Like a,

Speaker:

but with a real background and your

Speaker:

actual photo,

Speaker:

and then we're actually

Speaker:

doing it for grief as well.

Speaker:

So you can bring back

Speaker:

somebody to life that maybe

Speaker:

they passed away really

Speaker:

quickly and you didn't get to say goodbye,

Speaker:

creates that closure in your body.

Speaker:

So we have quite a few

Speaker:

different ways we're going

Speaker:

to be using it.

Speaker:

And our rollout that we're

Speaker:

getting ready to roll out

Speaker:

right now is a little bit more AI based.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

We can dive into that if we end up there,

Speaker:

but that's kind of where we're at.

Speaker:

And that's where we're going, right?

Speaker:

We're going with these

Speaker:

immersions and we're

Speaker:

creating these things.

Speaker:

But what fascinated me about

Speaker:

our conversation prior to

Speaker:

this recording was you're

Speaker:

bringing it into this space

Speaker:

so we can go back into the

Speaker:

neuroscience of the healing in this space

Speaker:

new light,

Speaker:

right EMDR neuro linguistic programming,

Speaker:

we've talked a lot about

Speaker:

all of these modalities of

Speaker:

healing trauma.

Speaker:

And now we're you,

Speaker:

you've hit this little

Speaker:

space where we are taking,

Speaker:

like all of those are really good,

Speaker:

right with those are really

Speaker:

necessary pieces that people can use.

Speaker:

But this tool is

Speaker:

is like no other.

Speaker:

It's like we're literally

Speaker:

using these technologies to

Speaker:

create a reality that can't

Speaker:

be created in other ways, right?

Speaker:

You can't just imagine these things.

Speaker:

We're a visual seeking people.

Speaker:

And so talk to us a little bit.

Speaker:

So for someone new to this,

Speaker:

because it's brand new, right?

Speaker:

How would you describe what

Speaker:

this immersive healing

Speaker:

experience actually feels like?

Speaker:

Yeah,

Speaker:

so I think the like on the

Speaker:

neuroscience level of it, right?

Speaker:

It's like you get to go back.

Speaker:

And you get to change your

Speaker:

story because your brain

Speaker:

right now doesn't know that

Speaker:

whatever's happening right

Speaker:

in front of you is not

Speaker:

actually happening right now.

Speaker:

It's like you can get triggered, right?

Speaker:

Something happening in your

Speaker:

life and your body, literally your chest,

Speaker:

you start breathing fast,

Speaker:

your chest gets heavy, whatever, you know,

Speaker:

whatever it is that happens to you.

Speaker:

And so your body thinks that

Speaker:

it's happening again.

Speaker:

So it's storing that over

Speaker:

and over again in your subconscious,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

So I think that idea with

Speaker:

what we're doing is we're

Speaker:

trying to create this

Speaker:

environment that feels so

Speaker:

real that it creates this

Speaker:

major emotion in your body

Speaker:

that actually creates a

Speaker:

healing aspect because of

Speaker:

the idea of the

Speaker:

subconscious reprogramming.

Speaker:

So whenever you do the

Speaker:

subconscious reprogramming,

Speaker:

it's like you have a couple

Speaker:

of different repetitions, right?

Speaker:

what's been trained for the

Speaker:

last forty years or however

Speaker:

long it's been.

Speaker:

And so the idea about what

Speaker:

we're doing is that it

Speaker:

creates a moment of this

Speaker:

major emotion that changes

Speaker:

that story of your life

Speaker:

because when you can't go

Speaker:

back and talk to that child

Speaker:

and make them feel seen, loved,

Speaker:

heard and safe,

Speaker:

then that's you as an adult

Speaker:

becoming more emotionally

Speaker:

regulated because you've

Speaker:

not the things that you

Speaker:

needed when you were little.

Speaker:

And so that's the idea is the feeling,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

The deep,

Speaker:

immersive feeling that is going

Speaker:

to make a massive impact

Speaker:

versus going to talk

Speaker:

therapy and just talking

Speaker:

about it over and over again,

Speaker:

which can actually do the opposite,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

It can retrain your

Speaker:

subconscious over and over

Speaker:

again into the trauma if

Speaker:

you talk about it

Speaker:

over and over again.

Speaker:

Because every time your chest gets heavy,

Speaker:

every single time you start

Speaker:

to feel anxious,

Speaker:

that's retraining your

Speaker:

subconscious to say this is normal.

Speaker:

And this is where I want to stay.

Speaker:

So they the idea is to

Speaker:

create that that major

Speaker:

emotion and feeling in the in an instant.

Speaker:

Well, and that's, that's the breakthrough,

Speaker:

because, you know, the neuroscience and,

Speaker:

and the meditative works

Speaker:

and all the things we know

Speaker:

now as true is attaching that feeling

Speaker:

to the experience which

Speaker:

triggers the you can call

Speaker:

it an energy release you

Speaker:

can call it a a healing

Speaker:

response it's it's the it's

Speaker:

attaching the emotion and

Speaker:

the feeling to the

Speaker:

experience which this in

Speaker:

innately does right there's no there's no

Speaker:

you can't fake this, right?

Speaker:

You, you bring it to life and it's, it's,

Speaker:

it's in that space when, and I don't,

Speaker:

I don't,

Speaker:

I haven't been in a ton of VR experiences,

Speaker:

but I'm, I'm imagining this, right?

Speaker:

And I've done some with my

Speaker:

girls and when you're in

Speaker:

those experiences, you,

Speaker:

you literally feel you're there, right?

Speaker:

You're literally there.

Speaker:

So if you can talk to your

Speaker:

your inner child, your little child,

Speaker:

or you can bring back these

Speaker:

loved ones in these ways that,

Speaker:

like you said,

Speaker:

the mind doesn't know the

Speaker:

difference between what

Speaker:

you're seeing and perceiving and,

Speaker:

like you said,

Speaker:

rewriting that story in that instant,

Speaker:

which is super cool and amazing.

Speaker:

I think it's... How...

Speaker:

Where are you in the process now?

Speaker:

I kind of want to know.

Speaker:

You're going through this process.

Speaker:

You're putting this thing out there.

Speaker:

Are you leaning towards

Speaker:

doing this with clinicians?

Speaker:

Where are you with the process?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So the inner child healing

Speaker:

experience is in development.

Speaker:

So our, we will be doing like,

Speaker:

there's a program called

Speaker:

IFS and they are inner

Speaker:

child healing specialists,

Speaker:

basically like Carl Young coined the term,

Speaker:

like created all of them, right?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

And so the idea is to

Speaker:

behavioral health systems,

Speaker:

wellness centers, therapists,

Speaker:

life coaches,

Speaker:

because I know a lot of life

Speaker:

coaches that lead people

Speaker:

through these inner child

Speaker:

healing experiences.

Speaker:

And some of them,

Speaker:

it's kind of like that life coach told me,

Speaker:

no, you actually go to a therapist.

Speaker:

So that's going to be

Speaker:

something that we really

Speaker:

have to pay attention to.

Speaker:

And we're going to do that

Speaker:

through biofeedback when

Speaker:

people are in the experience.

Speaker:

So in the process of

Speaker:

developing that inner child

Speaker:

healing experience,

Speaker:

we have actually started

Speaker:

figuring out through

Speaker:

talking to therapists and

Speaker:

life coaches that there's a

Speaker:

big gap in between sessions, right?

Speaker:

Because you're triggered in

Speaker:

between sessions.

Speaker:

The things that happen that

Speaker:

are the time from your left

Speaker:

to the therapist's office

Speaker:

till you go back in, that therapist,

Speaker:

you're not really able to

Speaker:

talk to them during that time.

Speaker:

So we're filling that gap in between.

Speaker:

So we have an AI that we're

Speaker:

building called Clara and

Speaker:

we are testing her right

Speaker:

now and she is a very

Speaker:

conscious therapist.

Speaker:

conscious AI that is built

Speaker:

to make the difference in

Speaker:

between the sessions of appointments.

Speaker:

So whenever you need that

Speaker:

quick answer to be able to

Speaker:

get on a different loop, because,

Speaker:

you know, like subconsciously programming,

Speaker:

we're like this, right?

Speaker:

We're in this cycle.

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

then all of a sudden you're triggered

Speaker:

and you need a way to get off the loop,

Speaker:

but you don't have your

Speaker:

therapist sitting in front

Speaker:

of you or your life coach.

Speaker:

And so this is going to help

Speaker:

people get off of that.

Speaker:

So the idea is,

Speaker:

is that we are training

Speaker:

Clara as the conscious AI and

Speaker:

that is from the ancient

Speaker:

wisdom those the

Speaker:

neuropsychology the

Speaker:

neuroscience and

Speaker:

subconscious reprogramming

Speaker:

and then we're going to

Speaker:

have therapists and life

Speaker:

coaches come in and be able

Speaker:

to actually train their own

Speaker:

ai so that way it's in

Speaker:

their voice so they're

Speaker:

Client know,

Speaker:

love and trust them will

Speaker:

actually be able to hit

Speaker:

their AI and make a really,

Speaker:

really big difference.

Speaker:

So it's bridging that gap in

Speaker:

between sessions so we can

Speaker:

create a little bit more

Speaker:

impactful healing than just

Speaker:

going and talking to your

Speaker:

therapist a week.

Speaker:

And, you know,

Speaker:

even possibly like taking

Speaker:

medication to cover up the anxiety or the,

Speaker:

you know, the depression.

Speaker:

We want people to go root of the cause,

Speaker:

figure that out, do the deep healing,

Speaker:

and then some of those

Speaker:

prescriptions may not be needed.

Speaker:

I love that.

Speaker:

And we'll get into the deep

Speaker:

prescribing because that's

Speaker:

what we do in this show.

Speaker:

We try to figure those things out.

Speaker:

But I love that space of having that

Speaker:

what do you do in between

Speaker:

the visits we're not

Speaker:

replacing or with ai we're

Speaker:

using these as tools to

Speaker:

move us through it's

Speaker:

similar similar to like a

Speaker:

health coach and

Speaker:

accountability partner it's

Speaker:

like someone that something

Speaker:

comes up and we use these

Speaker:

as bridges gaps so I love

Speaker:

that I love that concept

Speaker:

because we're using that a

Speaker:

lot and I feel in the

Speaker:

wellness and healing world

Speaker:

this is where I feel AI is,

Speaker:

can be a really good place, right?

Speaker:

To be a placeholder until

Speaker:

you can get that experience

Speaker:

with your guide or practitioner.

Speaker:

So that's amazing.

Speaker:

So you, like, like you said, you've moved,

Speaker:

your work has been moving

Speaker:

people out of talk therapy

Speaker:

and off prescription medications.

Speaker:

Can you share why that's so

Speaker:

important to you?

Speaker:

think that I mean when you

Speaker:

think about going you know

Speaker:

obviously prescription

Speaker:

medications right like

Speaker:

whenever you think about

Speaker:

that you're just covering

Speaker:

up the issues you know

Speaker:

better than anybody else

Speaker:

right and I think that the

Speaker:

idea is to talk therapy I

Speaker:

just don't want people to

Speaker:

take the years that I've

Speaker:

created or like that I've

Speaker:

taken to create this place

Speaker:

of peacefulness inside

Speaker:

And I want people to be able

Speaker:

to feel that way and know

Speaker:

that it's possible.

Speaker:

And I don't think

Speaker:

prescription medication and

Speaker:

talk therapy is the way to get there.

Speaker:

I think we have a horrible

Speaker:

mental health crisis in

Speaker:

this country and globally.

Speaker:

And nothing's really changing.

Speaker:

You think about like all the technology.

Speaker:

There's so many technologies

Speaker:

going in different.

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

where is technology in mental health?

Speaker:

you know we're just creating

Speaker:

more pills to make things

Speaker:

different that actually

Speaker:

create more problems in

Speaker:

your body and then you have

Speaker:

to eventually take more

Speaker:

prescriptions as well so I

Speaker:

think the the passion

Speaker:

definitely comes from the

Speaker:

download right like this

Speaker:

was meant for me person and

Speaker:

I just really like my why

Speaker:

is to create generational

Speaker:

change from my family

Speaker:

Multi dimensionally, you know,

Speaker:

my parents and my children.

Speaker:

So that way,

Speaker:

my legacy is like it's leaving

Speaker:

this the legacy of what

Speaker:

almost like what not to do, you know,

Speaker:

and this legacy of let's

Speaker:

create a whole new pattern.

Speaker:

So we don't have to get

Speaker:

stuck on the old one

Speaker:

because I did I started

Speaker:

recreating my mother's life at one point.

Speaker:

And the moment that I

Speaker:

realized that I was like, oh, my gosh,

Speaker:

I've got to do something different.

Speaker:

I literally like looked in

Speaker:

my backseat and see my kids in the back.

Speaker:

And one of them was at a

Speaker:

friend's house on New

Speaker:

Year's Eve one night.

Speaker:

And I was like, oh, my gosh,

Speaker:

this this is my mom's life.

Speaker:

She's got two older daughters.

Speaker:

She's got one younger son.

Speaker:

She's been married once.

Speaker:

She's getting married twice.

Speaker:

Like this is this is a pattern.

Speaker:

And so I think that's the

Speaker:

the passion behind it is

Speaker:

the the generational change.

Speaker:

We share that mission, right?

Speaker:

Like the mission of healing

Speaker:

generational traumas, that loop,

Speaker:

that karmic loop that

Speaker:

continues to repeat until

Speaker:

we get that lesson learned, right?

Speaker:

And so I love how you've

Speaker:

made that bigger than you, right?

Speaker:

Bigger than this.

Speaker:

And it's attached to your personal mission,

Speaker:

which is how I think things

Speaker:

really change.

Speaker:

how passion develops, right?

Speaker:

How our purpose develops is

Speaker:

when we're rooted into

Speaker:

doing it for ourselves so

Speaker:

we can do it for others, right?

Speaker:

That's sort of the wounded

Speaker:

healer's journey, if you will.

Speaker:

And that's what we're all on

Speaker:

in this space and looking

Speaker:

at from that perspective.

Speaker:

And I love, you know, I think

Speaker:

the word evolution keeps coming to me,

Speaker:

like moving through these things,

Speaker:

like talk therapy,

Speaker:

prescription medications,

Speaker:

they've served us for a purpose,

Speaker:

but now we're moving beyond that,

Speaker:

like beyond the pills.

Speaker:

There's a beyond here

Speaker:

because talk therapy does

Speaker:

not get to the subconscious, right?

Speaker:

Pills certainly don't,

Speaker:

you know, we're not downplaying.

Speaker:

I never want people to think

Speaker:

on this podcast,

Speaker:

like they should just get

Speaker:

off all their medicines and

Speaker:

quit their things like they're,

Speaker:

they're useful.

Speaker:

But if we're really moving towards healing,

Speaker:

not curing, but healing things,

Speaker:

Medications generally more

Speaker:

often than not are symptom resolutions,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

They're symptom resolvers.

Speaker:

And at best,

Speaker:

especially when we're talking

Speaker:

mental health,

Speaker:

mild to moderate depression and anxiety,

Speaker:

the pills really don't

Speaker:

stand up to placebo at all.

Speaker:

Like you can look at the

Speaker:

studies about Prozac versus exercise.

Speaker:

they're equal or exercise

Speaker:

may be better so we have to

Speaker:

move through these

Speaker:

processes to say these are

Speaker:

and I I know you share this

Speaker:

vision that's why you're on

Speaker:

this podcast but like we

Speaker:

don't need to go down that

Speaker:

programming where

Speaker:

You have some feelings and

Speaker:

emotions coming up,

Speaker:

and then all of a sudden, take a pill,

Speaker:

go to a therapist.

Speaker:

That's the standard.

Speaker:

I'm not bashing them.

Speaker:

We want to make sure,

Speaker:

but there is more here.

Speaker:

This is where we're at.

Speaker:

I wanted to...

Speaker:

bring that to light because it's the same,

Speaker:

but in a different way now,

Speaker:

like in this way, in the neuroscience way,

Speaker:

in the healing of trauma ways,

Speaker:

we got to go deeper.

Speaker:

And this is just one of

Speaker:

those tools that I feel is,

Speaker:

it fits perfectly where we are today,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

Technology, AI, these tools.

Speaker:

And so that's that beautiful

Speaker:

thing that we've got here with that.

Speaker:

so yeah you're in beta

Speaker:

you're testing these things

Speaker:

out you're working through

Speaker:

them you're partnering with

Speaker:

the right people that you

Speaker:

feel can supplant this into

Speaker:

the the equation already

Speaker:

right you know these you

Speaker:

know internal family

Speaker:

systems and these kind of

Speaker:

therapists that are already

Speaker:

working in that space um

Speaker:

What transformations have

Speaker:

you seen or witnessed when entrepreneurs,

Speaker:

especially entrepreneurs or teams,

Speaker:

experience this kind of

Speaker:

model that you're looking at building?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So do you mean like the

Speaker:

model of the business or

Speaker:

the model of healing journey?

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

I want you to bring this in because

Speaker:

you work a lot with entrepreneurs, right?

Speaker:

And so part of the impact of

Speaker:

healing somebody is also...

Speaker:

I feel unleashing the ripple

Speaker:

effect of them, right?

Speaker:

Like we share that agreement.

Speaker:

So I want you to, in your light, you know,

Speaker:

you've gone through your

Speaker:

own journeys and you're

Speaker:

helping these entrepreneurs

Speaker:

in these new ways.

Speaker:

What have you seen happen

Speaker:

from that perspective,

Speaker:

from your side of it?

Speaker:

Yeah,

Speaker:

so a lot of it has to do with your

Speaker:

identity, right?

Speaker:

So it's like that whole saying, as within,

Speaker:

so without.

Speaker:

Whatever's going on with you

Speaker:

internally is literally

Speaker:

showing up in your life.

Speaker:

So the idea of maybe I only

Speaker:

picture myself as a

Speaker:

six-figure business owner.

Speaker:

And so I'm going to stay

Speaker:

stuck here until I realize

Speaker:

that there's another way.

Speaker:

And like changing your, you know,

Speaker:

you have to change your

Speaker:

personality to change your

Speaker:

personal reality, right?

Speaker:

You get to this place where

Speaker:

that self-identity has to

Speaker:

step into that new role.

Speaker:

And entrepreneurs, I mean,

Speaker:

we become entrepreneurs

Speaker:

because we want freedom.

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

what is being a startup business owner?

Speaker:

It creates the exact opposite.

Speaker:

We're totally tied to our email.

Speaker:

We're tied to everything

Speaker:

that's going on in the business.

Speaker:

We're not thinking about how

Speaker:

to scale it at the very beginning of it.

Speaker:

We're only thinking about

Speaker:

being a solopreneur and

Speaker:

doing the accounting,

Speaker:

doing all of the things in the business,

Speaker:

wearing all the hats.

Speaker:

Whereas whenever you can

Speaker:

broaden your horizon a bit

Speaker:

and think that there are

Speaker:

other people that might be

Speaker:

better than you at being an accountant or,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

being a copywriter or web design

Speaker:

or whatever it is,

Speaker:

and really just investing

Speaker:

in your business, you know, monetarily,

Speaker:

and of course your time,

Speaker:

you really start to figure

Speaker:

out how to scale.

Speaker:

And so the idea, which I would have,

Speaker:

I wish I would have known this,

Speaker:

years ago with my web

Speaker:

design and branding agency,

Speaker:

I wish that I would have thought, okay,

Speaker:

how do I get myself out of the business?

Speaker:

How do I become the CEO and

Speaker:

let other people do all of

Speaker:

the data tasks?

Speaker:

And I never really thought about it.

Speaker:

So until probably about

Speaker:

three or four years ago,

Speaker:

And so the idea of this business,

Speaker:

it started out completely different.

Speaker:

We have two advisors on our board.

Speaker:

We have an AI engineer that

Speaker:

we're working very closely with.

Speaker:

And I have a CEO.

Speaker:

So I'm not alone anymore, right?

Speaker:

So whenever you're thinking

Speaker:

about having a business, you're never,

Speaker:

and I should not say never,

Speaker:

but more often than not,

Speaker:

you're not going to become

Speaker:

a multimillionaire if that's your dream.

Speaker:

by being a one-man show,

Speaker:

by doing everything in your business.

Speaker:

So when you can really

Speaker:

create that self-identity

Speaker:

inside of yourself,

Speaker:

and it's almost like we

Speaker:

have to unpack things, right?

Speaker:

It's like the healing is

Speaker:

underneath all that

Speaker:

self-identity and the

Speaker:

subconscious reprogramming

Speaker:

that we've gotten from our

Speaker:

family and society of

Speaker:

people telling you how you should be.

Speaker:

But when you can unpack some

Speaker:

of that and really get down

Speaker:

to the root of the subconscious,

Speaker:

which controls ninety five

Speaker:

percent of what you're doing every day.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

I want to be in control of that

Speaker:

ninety five percent,

Speaker:

not the five percent of my

Speaker:

conscious mind.

Speaker:

So the idea is, is that we uncover,

Speaker:

we start filling those

Speaker:

inner layers and then the

Speaker:

sky's the limit.

Speaker:

The possibilities are just infinite.

Speaker:

And so whenever you can see

Speaker:

a business owner just kind

Speaker:

of break out of that shell,

Speaker:

it's absolutely amazing.

Speaker:

And I think what I really

Speaker:

loved what you said is like

Speaker:

shortening that experience, right?

Speaker:

Not having to go and figure

Speaker:

it out for fourteen years.

Speaker:

That's what coaches are.

Speaker:

That's what guides are.

Speaker:

It's like we want to compress time,

Speaker:

money and energy,

Speaker:

especially in this world of AI,

Speaker:

where businesses are

Speaker:

already going to be

Speaker:

strained to get the edge

Speaker:

and working through.

Speaker:

And I love how you're

Speaker:

blending that entrepreneurial vision

Speaker:

working on it, not in it,

Speaker:

and building that out,

Speaker:

but from the place of

Speaker:

wholeness and healing, right?

Speaker:

Like, yeah, I've been in business myself,

Speaker:

seventeen years,

Speaker:

and I've gone through my

Speaker:

own healing journey,

Speaker:

especially over the past year.

Speaker:

And now I'm in that same space of like,

Speaker:

how do we teach

Speaker:

entrepreneurs that their

Speaker:

biggest investment in their

Speaker:

business is themselves?

Speaker:

And I love teaching

Speaker:

entrepreneurs to treat themselves,

Speaker:

treat their bodies, their mind,

Speaker:

their energy,

Speaker:

like they've treated their business.

Speaker:

Because that's to me that

Speaker:

that's where I start to get

Speaker:

them to really open up and

Speaker:

think about it from an

Speaker:

investment perspective.

Speaker:

We're entrepreneurs.

Speaker:

What's the number one asset

Speaker:

in your company?

Speaker:

You.

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

and we never think of it that way.

Speaker:

We never point fingers this

Speaker:

way because we're always

Speaker:

trying to figure out and do.

Speaker:

And so I love that you

Speaker:

brought that to almost a,

Speaker:

it's not even a pillar.

Speaker:

It's really the forefront of

Speaker:

the entrepreneurial journey.

Speaker:

So I know that we share that, that vision.

Speaker:

So it's beautiful to see

Speaker:

because these technologies

Speaker:

get us there quicker, faster with less,

Speaker:

less,

Speaker:

energy less less less of

Speaker:

what we need to do in order

Speaker:

to make this because

Speaker:

sometimes this takes it can

Speaker:

take years it can take you

Speaker:

know I went to peru and

Speaker:

back I did all the things I

Speaker:

needed to do because that

Speaker:

was my journey and here's

Speaker:

just another tool where

Speaker:

people can can use this and

Speaker:

work through that which

Speaker:

then in turn helps

Speaker:

Lower health care costs,

Speaker:

retaining top talent, you know,

Speaker:

all the building resilience, you know,

Speaker:

all the things that we talk

Speaker:

about in this world that

Speaker:

gives us those that human

Speaker:

edge in our businesses is

Speaker:

now just getting multiplied in a quicker,

Speaker:

easier fashion.

Speaker:

Yes, yes.

Speaker:

And that's, I mean,

Speaker:

that's where I really want

Speaker:

to co create with the therapist,

Speaker:

the coaches, the wellness centers.

Speaker:

And I mean,

Speaker:

that's we don't ever want to be

Speaker:

replacing anyone.

Speaker:

I mean, our system, actually,

Speaker:

like if your heart rate gets too high,

Speaker:

it'll shut down,

Speaker:

it'll go into meditation.

Speaker:

And so and it'll tell you like,

Speaker:

maybe you need to go see a

Speaker:

therapist or a life coach,

Speaker:

we are really pushing that

Speaker:

to be at the forefront.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

There's been some things in

Speaker:

the news lately that are

Speaker:

just quite disturbing

Speaker:

whenever it comes to AI and

Speaker:

what's going on.

Speaker:

I've heard a couple of

Speaker:

stories now of boys that

Speaker:

have been talking to AI

Speaker:

about suicidal thoughts.

Speaker:

And AI actually...

Speaker:

was pushing them towards

Speaker:

that edge right and that's

Speaker:

the main difference is that

Speaker:

we have a moral code that

Speaker:

is our foundation so that

Speaker:

doesn't happen because that

Speaker:

has been weighing on me a

Speaker:

lot lately and the idea of

Speaker:

I don't ever want anybody

Speaker:

to be using clara or any

Speaker:

other ai digital twins that

Speaker:

we're building for from a

Speaker:

purpose of hurting that bad

Speaker:

and that's when they really

Speaker:

do need to go seek you know

Speaker:

hotline the nine eight eight hotline or

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

really going and seeking the

Speaker:

therapy or psychiatrist or

Speaker:

whatever it may be.

Speaker:

So I think co-creating this

Speaker:

and really embracing AI is

Speaker:

where we're at.

Speaker:

So it's like the people that

Speaker:

don't embrace it,

Speaker:

they're going to get left

Speaker:

behind a little bit because

Speaker:

of the fact that it is where we are.

Speaker:

And tons of businesses are

Speaker:

using AI in different ways.

Speaker:

And it can be very,

Speaker:

very resourceful and a positive thing.

Speaker:

Yeah, and it's agreed, agreed.

Speaker:

They a lot of people just

Speaker:

don't know where to start.

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

there's some amazing things happening.

Speaker:

The world is shifting so rapidly from it.

Speaker:

And I love how people like

Speaker:

you are really putting the

Speaker:

emphasis on using it for the right tools,

Speaker:

using these things for the right reasons,

Speaker:

because we're not replacing

Speaker:

or not moving forward because

Speaker:

AI is awesome and it's still

Speaker:

in its infancy.

Speaker:

So there's things that it

Speaker:

doesn't do for us that we think it does.

Speaker:

And then all of a sudden,

Speaker:

it'll talk you into anything

Speaker:

because it's going to be

Speaker:

your buddy for a while, you know?

Speaker:

And so it's like,

Speaker:

it's unleashing all of this information,

Speaker:

but it has to be done in a

Speaker:

sequential way that benefits us as humans,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

And moves us forward and

Speaker:

allows us to deepen our human experience,

Speaker:

I believe.

Speaker:

I feel like part of AI is

Speaker:

really here for us to

Speaker:

not do less work, but do different work,

Speaker:

explore our consciousness,

Speaker:

explore the ways and

Speaker:

manners in which we're

Speaker:

supposed to be these divine

Speaker:

humans living this beautiful experience.

Speaker:

Because we have these senses,

Speaker:

we have these things that

Speaker:

we have these gifts that we can unlock.

Speaker:

Like you said,

Speaker:

ninety five percent of of our of our

Speaker:

reality is in that

Speaker:

subconscious space and now

Speaker:

we're bringing up these

Speaker:

other things same thing

Speaker:

with the neuroscience if

Speaker:

you you want to unlock more

Speaker:

than five or ten percent of

Speaker:

that beautiful brain of

Speaker:

yours now we're here to go

Speaker:

explore and do these things

Speaker:

so maybe it's my opinion

Speaker:

but it's the one I love you

Speaker:

know I want to use ai for

Speaker:

these tools so I can do

Speaker:

more of those things

Speaker:

And you said it earlier, I'm just curious,

Speaker:

because you say you

Speaker:

describe yourself as a

Speaker:

voracious reader and

Speaker:

reading all of these books

Speaker:

and a deep thinker like me.

Speaker:

What ideas or books or

Speaker:

practices are most

Speaker:

inspiring you right now?

Speaker:

Oh, gosh.

Speaker:

So Breaking the Habit of

Speaker:

Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Speaker:

I just got done with that

Speaker:

book and it actually been

Speaker:

sitting on my shelf for

Speaker:

probably about four or five years.

Speaker:

But I don't think I was

Speaker:

ready for it yet because I

Speaker:

think we really books are

Speaker:

put in front of us when we're ready.

Speaker:

And I think I probably read

Speaker:

a couple of pages like, oh,

Speaker:

this sounds just like

Speaker:

Becoming Supernatural,

Speaker:

his other book that I had read.

Speaker:

And then I was like, you know, just now,

Speaker:

probably I started that a

Speaker:

few months ago and was like, oh, wow, no,

Speaker:

this is completely different.

Speaker:

It's amazing.

Speaker:

And then that Florence Scovel Shin, she,

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

I've actually been listening to

Speaker:

her YouTube videos as well

Speaker:

as reading her book.

Speaker:

because I'm a total dork

Speaker:

like total deep thinker

Speaker:

total scholar whenever it

Speaker:

comes to this stuff but I

Speaker:

in the car every once in a

Speaker:

while listen to my music

Speaker:

and sing really loud and

Speaker:

take the top off my jeep

Speaker:

and have a beautiful heaven

Speaker:

on earth experience right

Speaker:

but sometimes I actually

Speaker:

sit in the car and I will

Speaker:

just listen to youtube videos that are

Speaker:

Neville Goddard.

Speaker:

I love him as well.

Speaker:

I bring this whole, like, again,

Speaker:

it's ancient wisdom.

Speaker:

It's wisdom that, you know,

Speaker:

they were taught by some of

Speaker:

the most amazing people.

Speaker:

So whenever you read these books,

Speaker:

it goes back so far.

Speaker:

And then, of course,

Speaker:

we have in our times now, you know,

Speaker:

we've heard a lot about Jim

Speaker:

Rohn from Tony Robbins and, you know,

Speaker:

those things.

Speaker:

But their teachers are those teachers of

Speaker:

The Neville Goddards, the, you know,

Speaker:

the Florence Scovel Shin, the, oh gosh,

Speaker:

I'm trying to think of the

Speaker:

other guy's name that I've

Speaker:

been reading a lot lately,

Speaker:

but I can't think of it right now.

Speaker:

Oh, the like Conversations with God,

Speaker:

you know, the Neil Donald Walsh.

Speaker:

So those are,

Speaker:

they're reference from so

Speaker:

many people from that ancient wisdom.

Speaker:

And so I just, I love all the,

Speaker:

all the spirituality books.

Speaker:

Yeah, me too.

Speaker:

It's, it's my happy reading, you know,

Speaker:

it's like, I'm not reading novels and,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

um fiction it's like that's

Speaker:

my happy space like just

Speaker:

just grabbing another book

Speaker:

and moving it yeah then

Speaker:

that breaking the habit of

Speaker:

being yourselves great book

Speaker:

I've read it twice now I'm

Speaker:

I'm doing a lot of training

Speaker:

with under dr joe and doing

Speaker:

some stuff because he's

Speaker:

putting that contemporary

Speaker:

language into the that's

Speaker:

what I I'm drawn to now

Speaker:

this sort of full circle of

Speaker:

like I've learned all the

Speaker:

science but now I'm going back

Speaker:

and really studying

Speaker:

indigenous wisdom and

Speaker:

healers all over the world.

Speaker:

And those ancient wisdom is

Speaker:

really timeless wisdom that

Speaker:

we're now putting full

Speaker:

circle into the equation of

Speaker:

our technology and our

Speaker:

advancements of our intelligence,

Speaker:

moving it into more of the knowing.

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

moving from here to here and

Speaker:

merging the two together in

Speaker:

this beautiful light is really fun.

Speaker:

Like,

Speaker:

I feel like we're in this beautiful

Speaker:

space where we're not going

Speaker:

back to the ancients,

Speaker:

but we're remembering, you know,

Speaker:

the shamans of old and all these guys,

Speaker:

like they were telling us

Speaker:

stuff about quantum physics.

Speaker:

They just didn't call it that, right?

Speaker:

And so now we're bringing it

Speaker:

back into our left brain

Speaker:

and understanding it from

Speaker:

that perspective.

Speaker:

And so now this is why I

Speaker:

love having conversations

Speaker:

with beautiful people and humans like you,

Speaker:

because we are right now

Speaker:

putting them together.

Speaker:

It's not, oh,

Speaker:

we have to go back to the old

Speaker:

or we're going into the

Speaker:

future with this new stuff.

Speaker:

It's like literally fused together.

Speaker:

And I think humans, humanity is ready.

Speaker:

Like this is why it's coming up, right?

Speaker:

There's no, nothing is by chance.

Speaker:

And so we're bringing this

Speaker:

to light and moving forward

Speaker:

with how beautiful these things are.

Speaker:

So I want to circle back

Speaker:

because I think a lot of

Speaker:

people are going to have questions,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

How far out are you to

Speaker:

bringing this to the mainstream,

Speaker:

to bringing this to our three-D reality,

Speaker:

the portrayals and the things?

Speaker:

Where do you see this?

Speaker:

Where are you today?

Speaker:

Like what's coming?

Speaker:

So we can, you know,

Speaker:

obviously understand where we are with it,

Speaker:

but then where is it going to go?

Speaker:

What do you think?

Speaker:

What do you think in five years from now?

Speaker:

What are we saying?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So, I mean, we are right now, Clara AI,

Speaker:

the conscious neuropsychology, all that,

Speaker:

it piled into one AI will, oh my goodness,

Speaker:

be done within a month from now.

Speaker:

So we're super excited about that.

Speaker:

And then, gosh, I mean,

Speaker:

fast forward five years.

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

we will have our inner child

Speaker:

healing experience done.

Speaker:

And I think the thing is

Speaker:

that it's going to be so

Speaker:

different than any of the,

Speaker:

any of the other virtual

Speaker:

reality therapy that's out

Speaker:

there because they're using

Speaker:

like digitized avatars and

Speaker:

simulated backgrounds.

Speaker:

And ours is going to be a

Speaker:

very real background.

Speaker:

And it's going to be

Speaker:

literally a photo brought

Speaker:

to life in a video.

Speaker:

So and of course,

Speaker:

it's taking a little bit longer, right,

Speaker:

to create a custom model

Speaker:

because you can do it on

Speaker:

TikTok and or on these different apps.

Speaker:

And but you only have ten second videos.

Speaker:

We need a ten minute video.

Speaker:

So that's you know,

Speaker:

we're in development of that now.

Speaker:

And then a lot of things are

Speaker:

going to be based around that.

Speaker:

But by the time five years goes around,

Speaker:

we will have like a higher

Speaker:

self consciousness as well

Speaker:

to where that higher self

Speaker:

will be able to sit next to

Speaker:

you and talk to you.

Speaker:

And you can ask questions

Speaker:

and be able to tell you

Speaker:

what your higher self would say to you.

Speaker:

And whatever it is that you believe,

Speaker:

whether that's your God

Speaker:

self or universe source, divine,

Speaker:

whatever you call it.

Speaker:

and an experience too of

Speaker:

future visualization.

Speaker:

So one of my things that I

Speaker:

want to do someday is be on

Speaker:

a TED Talk stage.

Speaker:

And so I would be able to

Speaker:

get into virtual reality

Speaker:

and be standing there in a

Speaker:

TED Talk and be able to see

Speaker:

the audience and they'd all

Speaker:

be clapping and I would

Speaker:

give my TED Talk because we

Speaker:

know that what happens when

Speaker:

you get into that emotion like that,

Speaker:

you create that self-identity,

Speaker:

you reprogram the

Speaker:

subconscious and it happens like that.

Speaker:

Because that's how you manifest, right?

Speaker:

You manifest because you

Speaker:

have the knowing that it's

Speaker:

possible for you.

Speaker:

So we have a lot of ways

Speaker:

we're going to be using virtual reality,

Speaker:

and it's just a matter of time.

Speaker:

I love that because I think a big part of,

Speaker:

and I'm a big,

Speaker:

it's kind of going back

Speaker:

full circle to the Dispenza stuff,

Speaker:

is like a lot of what he

Speaker:

teaches is rooted around

Speaker:

drawing that emotion out

Speaker:

to the thought which bring

Speaker:

the motion connects the

Speaker:

quantum it connects us into

Speaker:

that reality and then draws

Speaker:

and brings us to us quicker

Speaker:

so I can only imagine when

Speaker:

you're in a vr experience

Speaker:

that is super real you're

Speaker:

it's a short circuit because there's

Speaker:

know especially for folks

Speaker:

that can't really attach

Speaker:

feelings to thought because

Speaker:

it's a it's a work it's a

Speaker:

process right it's how do

Speaker:

we again this is like

Speaker:

awesome because it's like oh

Speaker:

I want to know when this

Speaker:

happens so we can start

Speaker:

using these tools and then

Speaker:

like you said it's it's

Speaker:

funny you said that I'm I'm

Speaker:

literally applying for a

Speaker:

ted talk right now um

Speaker:

around that process is like

Speaker:

yeah you you actually do it

Speaker:

and then you get that

Speaker:

beautiful emotion because

Speaker:

it's it's literally an

Speaker:

experience for you and that

Speaker:

triggers in it's like I I

Speaker:

see how this is going to

Speaker:

work right I see it it's

Speaker:

going to be so cool because

Speaker:

you're literally

Speaker:

moving that thing forward

Speaker:

quicker so it's like and

Speaker:

our our our minds and our

Speaker:

brains are already moving

Speaker:

in this direction in

Speaker:

humanity of understanding

Speaker:

what it means to create

Speaker:

your own reality and it's

Speaker:

it's you in the driver's

Speaker:

seat in god universe spirit

Speaker:

whatever you want to call

Speaker:

it how that that

Speaker:

co-creation works and and

Speaker:

entangles into each other so I love this

Speaker:

talk, this thing that you're doing,

Speaker:

because it does, in my mind,

Speaker:

it matches where we're going,

Speaker:

like not just with consciousness,

Speaker:

not with manifestation,

Speaker:

not with just healing.

Speaker:

It's like,

Speaker:

this is a perfect example of

Speaker:

where I think technology

Speaker:

can fit into the human equation.

Speaker:

So I can't wait.

Speaker:

I can't wait to see what this is like.

Speaker:

And I, I will be,

Speaker:

I'll be my wellness center.

Speaker:

Just put me on the list are already gonna,

Speaker:

I'm already, I want one of the betas, uh,

Speaker:

cuz I love,

Speaker:

I love testing and validating and, and,

Speaker:

and putting these things first.

Speaker:

One of my, my,

Speaker:

one of my key drivers in all of things,

Speaker:

wellness is do you first, right?

Speaker:

It's a, just a,

Speaker:

it's a simple thing for me

Speaker:

to just want to do that for you.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

what do you think people do

Speaker:

what's what's what's in

Speaker:

between right we've got

Speaker:

this stuff it's moving you

Speaker:

know in a year you're gonna

Speaker:

have this and less than

Speaker:

five we're gonna have this

Speaker:

beautiful thing like what

Speaker:

do you want people to do

Speaker:

right now like what what

Speaker:

could be one thing people

Speaker:

could be doing um or

Speaker:

walking away with today

Speaker:

that you just want them to know right now

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So, I mean,

Speaker:

website is fully built out at

Speaker:

portrayalsxr.com.

Speaker:

And there's a lot of stuff

Speaker:

on there about who this can help,

Speaker:

how it can help.

Speaker:

And I think that, you know, for right now,

Speaker:

it's like, you know, thinking about,

Speaker:

you know,

Speaker:

subconscious reprogramming and

Speaker:

thinking about the cycle you're on,

Speaker:

you know, a lot of people,

Speaker:

I always say awareness is key.

Speaker:

So if you can figure out

Speaker:

what kind of cycles are

Speaker:

going on in your life, where,

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

maybe you get paid and paycheck

Speaker:

is always gone.

Speaker:

It's always the same and

Speaker:

it's always gone within two

Speaker:

weeks or whatever it is.

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

then that's a cycle that you're on.

Speaker:

Maybe you need to do something different.

Speaker:

And I think the biggest

Speaker:

thing that I've started doing is,

Speaker:

you know, just in my day-to-day life,

Speaker:

I walk every single day a

Speaker:

couple times a day in my neighborhood.

Speaker:

And I will go totally

Speaker:

different directions each time.

Speaker:

It's almost like I get to

Speaker:

create those new neural

Speaker:

networks in my brain every

Speaker:

single time I'm on a walk

Speaker:

because it's like I never

Speaker:

really know where I'm going to go.

Speaker:

Instead of being a creature

Speaker:

of habit and leaving out Groundhog Day,

Speaker:

then it's like you can

Speaker:

create different changes in

Speaker:

your life really quickly

Speaker:

and get off of that ninety

Speaker:

five percent loop.

Speaker:

and really make a difference in your life,

Speaker:

even by small adjustments,

Speaker:

because it's like a compound effect.

Speaker:

When you could change small

Speaker:

little things in your life every day,

Speaker:

and it is a compound effect

Speaker:

that will make massive

Speaker:

changes in your future.

Speaker:

It's like even brushing your

Speaker:

teeth with your left hand

Speaker:

instead of your right.

Speaker:

You know,

Speaker:

the only things that you can do

Speaker:

just a little bit

Speaker:

differently to kind of

Speaker:

switch up and be able to

Speaker:

get on a different path.

Speaker:

I love that.

Speaker:

I was doing that last night, actually,

Speaker:

because I love the unknown,

Speaker:

like I've learned to love the unknown.

Speaker:

And that's where, you know,

Speaker:

if you follow the work of

Speaker:

all these mystics and gurus

Speaker:

and contemporaries,

Speaker:

like it's the unknown is where everything

Speaker:

is created that's the

Speaker:

present moment right so you

Speaker:

know even brushing your

Speaker:

teeth is rewiring right

Speaker:

it's like they they did a

Speaker:

study I I still remember

Speaker:

the video where they

Speaker:

switched the handlebars on

Speaker:

a bicycle so instead of

Speaker:

turning right it turned

Speaker:

left and trying to ride a

Speaker:

bike after you've ridden a

Speaker:

bike for so long in the

Speaker:

opposite direction

Speaker:

took so much mental work but

Speaker:

it got rewired and

Speaker:

eventually you could rewire

Speaker:

so I love that like I I

Speaker:

even do it with my google

Speaker:

maps now like I'll go it'll

Speaker:

give you like three

Speaker:

directions you know and

Speaker:

I'll pick one that's not

Speaker:

quite the fastest and I'll

Speaker:

be like let's find out

Speaker:

where we're going today

Speaker:

like let's let's go on that

Speaker:

adventure or on your way

Speaker:

home go straight instead of

Speaker:

left right just those little things

Speaker:

And then I always say this too, is like,

Speaker:

and then just see what happens.

Speaker:

Like just open it up, no expectations,

Speaker:

just unfold.

Speaker:

And let's see what happens.

Speaker:

I did a whole surrender

Speaker:

experiment over the last summer

Speaker:

year ago and it was just

Speaker:

that it was like whatever

Speaker:

aligned I just did it I

Speaker:

just said yes and I went I

Speaker:

didn't care about anything

Speaker:

else I just wanted to know

Speaker:

and you'll be surprised

Speaker:

right how much these

Speaker:

breadcrumbs and these these

Speaker:

things unfold for you in

Speaker:

these beautiful lights so

Speaker:

that's just a beautiful uh

Speaker:

that's a beautiful message

Speaker:

for people it's just just

Speaker:

I, my, my, one of my friends said it to me,

Speaker:

even though I'm the pharmacist, he's like,

Speaker:

yeah, it's called flip the script.

Speaker:

And I was like, yeah, that's what it is.

Speaker:

Just do something different.

Speaker:

Just do it.

Speaker:

Just do it different and see what happens.

Speaker:

So I love that.

Speaker:

That's beautiful wisdom.

Speaker:

Thank you so much.

Speaker:

Yeah, you're welcome.

Speaker:

Well, Tricia,

Speaker:

this has been an amazing conversation.

Speaker:

Obviously,

Speaker:

we will let people know as these

Speaker:

things unfold.

Speaker:

We will be broadcasting them for you.

Speaker:

I'm your biggest advocate at

Speaker:

this point because I love

Speaker:

this kind of stuff.

Speaker:

I think it's going to be

Speaker:

right in line with where we

Speaker:

need to be in life.

Speaker:

So thank you so much for

Speaker:

showing up and saying yes

Speaker:

to your calling.

Speaker:

Listening to it and then saying yes.

Speaker:

I think that's a beautiful

Speaker:

lesson for people as well.

Speaker:

It's just that lesson that

Speaker:

you've done through your experience.

Speaker:

I'm sure this has taken you

Speaker:

on so many directions you

Speaker:

never even thought possible,

Speaker:

and it will continue to do so.

Speaker:

I see the light in your face,

Speaker:

the energy that you're

Speaker:

protruding is because

Speaker:

is in alignment.

Speaker:

And so that's another thing

Speaker:

I think people can take

Speaker:

home from this is saying

Speaker:

yes when you're in

Speaker:

alignment really does put a

Speaker:

lot of meaning into people's lives.

Speaker:

So thank you for being one

Speaker:

that's living and walking

Speaker:

that walk and sharing with

Speaker:

the world these beautiful gifts.

Speaker:

Thank you so much.

Speaker:

Thank you for having me.

Speaker:

Go check it out on portrayals XR,

Speaker:

go check out the website

Speaker:

and hopefully we'll be

Speaker:

having another one when

Speaker:

we're doing the release party for you.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

Amazing.

Speaker:

All right, guys,

Speaker:

that's a wrap until next time.

Speaker:

Stay well.
